Can’t begin to explain how awesome the experience was. We had a blast and they made our trip feel safe and Hella fun. This place shows its open on weekends and that hours may differ depending on if it’s a holiday, but they don’t change it to show that they are actually closed on weekends!
We went on a weekend, and they were closed! We talked to guy on the phone about that and asked why don’t they change their timing on Google to show that they are closed on weekends so people will not waist gas and time getting there if its going to be closed, he said “I don’t know why Google does that” let me tell you one thing, if they take out 2 minutes to actually change it on Google, it will be changed!
Just because they are lazy to change their Google operating days and times, they are letting people waist their actual time and money and other plans in order to get there on weekends, which is really sad for their business because if that person happens to be me, I will make sure to give them a bad review.
It’s not like we could go there any other day, because we had come from San Jose and we were going back the next day, so that was the only day we could have gone parasailing. If Google showed the right operating days in the first place, we could have made other plans and saved us that extra drive and time. – via

Most amazing experience ever! They are a first class business with very friendly, personable owners/employees (Kodi & his Dad were the best!). We just celebrated our youngest daughters 13th birthday with a trip to San Diego with this parasailing adventure & it was a memory of a lifetime! We will definitely be back every visit we take to San Diego as I plan to take all our older kids & friends here now. Thank you for the wonderful time! See you soon. – via

Trip got cancelled two years ago because of weather reasons. They suggested we have the voucher instead of the refund and promised to redeem at any time. But when I call back to book a trip, they hang up intentionally. A $300 lesson thank you – via
