5/5 stars for this business! Absolutely zero complaints, the entire process (from booking to kayak pickup & drop off) was incredibly easy. How long you want to be out on the water is really up to you, just book the time you can pick up the gear at the pickup point and enjoy the bay. I was also impressed by their punctuality, I showed up earlier than the eta I gave them and they were right on time.
Ben is what San Diego’s all about – friendliness with a SoCal vibe. Definitely going to recommend you guys to my friends and family. Thank you so much!

Other things to note: street parking was fairly accessible for a weekend; there are public restrooms at the nearby park (about two blocks east of the drop off point); plenty of room for a lunchbox/small cooler on the tandem kayak; they offer dry bags for purchase for your valuables/electronics (for a low cost). – via google

From the time I arrived in San Diego for my first Surf Camp …

From the time I arrived in San Diego for my first Surf Camp I knew I was going to have the time of my life. Every day was a new adventure. I loved having surf lessons every day and the instructors were great at teaching me more about the ocean currents, rip tides, winds, etc… I’m still very new to surfing; however, these guys made me feel confident and focus on having fun every day! They were really good at taking the time to teach me how to surf and to get me standing up on a board on each wave. Having a surfing lesson each day also helped me to progress my surfing ability quickly. I was also really impressed with the accommodation and loved that my room had a balcony overlooking the ocean. I loved my Surf Camp San Diego experience and I have been raving about it ever since and I have told all of my family and friends to do it. Highly recommend! – via google

I came to san diego for a month in summer to see my cousins and ended up signing up for a group surf lesson. There were four of us and one instructor but he did a great job on the land lesson and in the water. he definitely made sure that each of us stood up once and we did! i actually caught several waves which was surprising cause I’ve never surfed before. Also, the office girl was very warming when we booked a lesson. Overall this surf school was great I would definitely recommend it. – via google

My 9 year old cousin stayed with me for about a month this past summer, I ended up signing him up for the full day summer camp in Ocean Beach. There were about four kids, all around the same age, who did the camp as well. They all had so much fun! Johnny, my cousin, ended up surfing 2-3 times a day for a few hours, which is a lot of time in the water. They also had adventures for each day. I remember one day they went to the tide poles and were able to watch a bunch of sea creatures. They also played games in the sand, walked down the end on the pier and got to watch the locals surf just below. This was such a great experience for my cousin. He is so excited to come visit again next summer and sign up for camp as well! – via google
