I’ve been going to their Tuesday and Saturday open gyms for about 2 years now and I always recommend it to anyone who wants to try out gymnastics, parkour, or calisthenics. The open gyms are great because you’re able to try pretty much anything, and most of us who go regularly are always open to helping newcomers get into the sports. Open gyms would be great if you want to learn how to do a backflip or something like that. Also, you can use most of the equipment as well as the trampoline
Also the owners are very friendly, and the coaches all seem very knowledgeable. A lot of the coaches seem to be gymnasts or cheerleaders themselves, and I’ve seen some really advanced gymnasts in the classes here. I’d definitely recommend Intensity for gymnastics classes as well – via
