Cannot say enough.
I called a thousand times and they were pleasant and friendly and reassuring.
Our day was pushed twice. Which would sound like a negative, but they were very transparent and informative and able to help us through weather difficulties.
When we got to go, we got there at 11am and the clouds came with us.
We waited 6 hours. That would also sound like a negative, but quite the opposite.
We felt extremely safe in competent hands who were willing to make us wait then to send us when it was not safe.
During those hours, flight crew was so enjoyable to talk to and learn more about the sport. We also got to watch other parachutes take off as they were solo and have lower clearances.
We also got to watch professionals pack their parachutes over and over. It was an amazing to see what an art and skill this is.
Our instructors were perfect for each of us. My husbands instructor(unknown name due to adrenaline wiping that from his memory) was very hands on. He got to do spins and use his own hands to make this happen. He was extremely engaging and able to give my husband exactly the experience he was looking for.
My instructor, Mark, had a really clear understanding that I was freaking out. He was very calm and collected. He was able to communicate with me in a manner that reassured me and had the best experience.
Honorable mention to Tim. He was very funny and would have also been a great flying partner.
This overall experience was very different then I expected and we cannot say enough positive praises. Thank you so much to the team. You were all so inviting, fun, passionate, and educated. Every single one! Even Danielle at the front desk 🙂
We had a good enough time that we have already booked to fly again in Georgia.
