Please do listent to the advise below regarding the customer service. It is terrible. They don’t have a phone and only deal with emails during the week. Which would be fine but for many of the jumps happen at the weekend. The booking experience was so bad that had I not paid so much money i would have given up. Never again.

Bought a present for family members for this company. They booked in several times and every time the company cancelled, not the customers. Now the company is saying their voucher is expired and need to pay extra. Customer service is disgraceful and my family are not willing to pay them anymore as they are now convinced it’s not legit. We feel awful as the people who picked this company. 100% recommend customers go somewhere else. – via

Don’t take phone calls but they take your money no problem but then impossible to deal with them again unless you are the person doing the skydive! Wouldn’t recommend! – via

Update: After four months I managed to get the dispute resolved in my favor, after speaking to my bank and talking back and forth with the club. Advice to people who do go here – don’t list *any* medical conditions on the form (you’ll need to get signed approval from a doctor), and check if the weather is good before booking. Best of luck, if you end up going I’m sure it’s worth it.

I reached out multiple times to get it reversed and filed a dispute with my credit card company, but they fought it and won. Stay away from this company. They took our money and delayed jump for months, when we complained the suspended our party of 4 and won’t return the money.
We have had to start proceedings ourselves to get back our money. This jump was to raise money for a sick man and we could of used the money to help him instead.
God forgive James for treating people like this. We have spoken to many unsatisfied customers, who are in shock at what’s happened to them.
