We went out for a snorkeling trip with the crew at Hurricane divers and it was amazing. The captain, Javier was extremely helpful and a very competent captain who made us feel safe at all times. Our guide, Cardston was knowledgeable about the area and was super helpful with those of us who were inexperienced snorkelers. He also made us feel safe and in capable hands as we navigated around the reefs . He was able to identify the various fish and turtles and his descriptions of the history and landscapes around us was super interesting. The lunch provided was incredible , authentically Mexican and the best pina colada I had this entire trip!! Thank you for the amazing trip! You really made me feel more confident in the water snorkeling!! – via

Just came off a full day snorkel tour of the 7 bays. What a day!! We were greeted bright and early by Jill, our guide and Nata, the owner of the outfit. Jill and the brilliant Captain Javi (who manoeuvres a boat like no one else, and is excellent at spotting wildlife) took us on a gorgeous outing to the bays. I’m a bit nervous of snorkelling, but Jill and Javi had me feeling very relaxed, comfortable and safe as soon as I was in the water. We saw the most incredible fish, so colourful!! After some time at two different sites, we had already seen dolphins, sting ray, turtle a bajillion other fish in the coral reefs, beautiful rock formations and beaches. We stopped for lunch at a fun little beach full of colourful umbrellas and boats. The food was delicious. After lunch and some more snorkeling, we went out along the coast again and suddenly saw a Mama hump back and her calf. The baby breached a couple of times and really put on a show for us. It was incredible. Definitely a day to remember with Jill and Javi showing us so many incredible things. Loved the small group vibe. I highly recommend this outfit if you are in Huatulco! Thank you for a fabulous day!! Our 18 year old daughter loved it too!! – via

Jill and Javier are a dynamic team. We had big swells and the trip was still very comfortable with Javier’s driving. We snorkeled and saw lots and lots of fish, saw sea turtles, and amazing humpback whales (mom and baby). This was our third trip with Hurricane Divers and highly recommend them. – via

I had a wonderful experience all around! First when I called to gather information about the place and the dives, Natanael spent lots of time on the phone patiently answering all my questions without rushing and made sure I could dive on the only day that worked for me. The location is great, very convenient and easy to find. Natanael was there when I showed up and help me with the gear. Jill was my instructor for my 3 tanks/dives and she was great! She made me feel comfortable in the water and pointed out tons of underwater life. She was very knowledgeable about all the different species that we encountered. There was pineapple and ice tea on the boat, and shade! I never felt rushed, lots of time between dives and lots of time for each dives! Jill was safe, gave good briefings and helped me learn how to deploy my DSMB. She offered options for a more challenging dive that she thought I could do if I felt up to it. On the way to the last site the boat captain even stopped to observe turtles mating at the surface. At the end of the day, Jill helped me fill my logbook and remember everything we saw during the dives! I had such a great day, I already booked another 3 tanks/dives for next time I’m here in a few weeks! Looking forward to be back! – via

Nata, Jennifer, and Simon were all extremely friendly and inviting and made my first dive after 10 years a really wonderful experience! They tailored it to my level and gave me a great review on diving basics before hand. They were also really knowledgeable about fish species and incredibly respectful of the reef ecosystem. We had a great full day snorkeling excursion with Hurricane Divers. We saw orcas, turtles, and lots of fish and coral. We stopped for lunch at a nice beachside restaurant and had access to fruit and drinks on the boat. Overall amazing experience thanks to Nata, Javi and team. – via Google
