HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I am not great with water and I was nervous at the beginning, but Lucas made me feel so extremely comfortable, that I didn’t want to leave the water at all when we were finished! I saw the most beautiful fishes, baby sharks, rays, we poked our heads inside a cave with giant fish.. it was marvellous. The water is clear turquoise blue. If you’re having doubts, just DO it, you will love it! Some of the crew speak perfect English so that’s not a problem if your Portuguese isn’t great. Do your batismo today!! – via

Estava com sinusite, enviei atestado médico da minha otorrinolaringologista, mas ainda assim se negaram a cancelar o mergulho e devolver o dinheiro. Pararam de nos atender no telefone e não respondiam mais WhatsApp. Uma empresa que NÃO se preocupa em NADA com a SAÚDE do seu cliente, pois é sabido que mergulho com congestão nasal pode causar sérios problemas, como a perfuração do tímpano. Liguei diversas vezes para tentar resolver e o senhor Paulo foi extremamente hostil e grosseiro, desligando o telefone na minha cara! NÃO RECOMENDO!!!! Mergulho precisa ser seguro! É isso que vocês desejam estando embaixo d’água? – via

Fiz o meu primeiro mergulho com cilindro com a Noronha Diver e não poderia deixar de vir aqui registrar essa experiência única. No início, estava angustiada, receosa. Nunca havia mergulhado nessa profundidade! Porém, a instrutora Mia foi maravilhosa, muito paciente! Orientava, incentivava.. E me deixou confiante o suficiente para tentar! Posso dizer? NÃO CONTRATEM SERVIÇO DESSA EMPRESA DE JEITO NENHUM! Prezados, desejo fazer uma denúncia. No dia 25/05/2023, eu e meu esposo fizemos mergulho de cilindro na modalidade batismo. Fomos com a empresa Noronha Diver cnpj 70163415000161. Após o mergulho, onde segui todas as orientações passadas, ainda embarcada, informamos aos guias do mergulho que eu comecei a cuspir sangue e meu ouvido esquerdo com muita dor. Disseram apenas que era normal. Não tive um mínimo de assistência e chegando em Recife, tive diagnóstico de otite barotraumática. Cheguei a entrar em contato com a empresa após isso, porém não tive retorno nem no WhatsApp e nem no instagram oficial deles. Abro essa ouvidoria para que a empresa mude a conduta com os cliente pois algo mais sério poderia ter ocorrido. – via

Excellent dive operators! We were hesitant at the start due to high price of diving at Fernando Noronha (double to what you’d normally pay elsewhere in the world), but we decided to go ahead and never regretted. The boat and the equipment was in good condition, and the professionalism, attention and care was like we never experienced before. We felt like we were on a private dive tour, where the dive masters solely looked after us and made sure we had the best experience possible. Many thanks to Flavia who spoke excellent English, and Sebastian whose relaxed and confident attitude helped me overcome my anxiety underwater. – via

RONNIE talked to me, was patient, tried, came back, instructed, held my hand the whole time (brave, my husband was close kkkkkk) and there I could see both the wonderful human being he is and the love he has for his profession … and minutes (good minutes lol) later, there I was, several meters deep, having the best marine experience of my life. I can assure you, if it wasn’t for RONNIE, I would have lost the money and the experience. RONNIE Nothing I say will ever express my gratitude, so I wish God blesses you infinitely more! Estive em outubro de 2022 e só vim agora falar sobre o MELHOR instrutor de mergulho do mundo. Peço desculpas pela demora, cheguei em SP e a correria tomou conta! Mas enfim, pensa numa pessoa que tem medo, medo, muito medo de piscina/mar… multiplique por 10 e chegará em mim! Mas ao mesmo tempo, ousada em fechar um passeio de mergulho de cilindro rsrs. Estava tudo bem até o momento de “pular na água”. Me deu crise de choro, pânico, desespero e de repente, o RONNIE disse: ”calma, eu vou ser seu instrutor e vai dar tudo certo”… e ali começou todo um momento inesquecível que guardarei na memória com muita gratidão. O RONNIE conversou, foi paciente, tentou, voltou, instruiu, segurou na minha mão o tempo todo (corajoso, meu marido estava pertinho kkkkkk) e ali pude ver tanto o ser humano maravilhoso que ele é, quanto o amor que ele tem pela profissão… e minutos (bons minutos rs) depois, lá estava eu, a vários metros de profundidade, tendo a melhor experiência marinha da vida. Posso garantir, se não fosse o RONNIE, eu teria perdido o dinheiro e a experiência. RONNIE nada do que eu disser irá expressar minha gratidão, então desejo que Deus o abençoe infinitamente mais! Noronha Diver, uma empresa maravilhosa e que tem um instrutor de OURO. Recomendo de olhos fechados. – via

I am DM with almost 2000 dives all around the world. This is one of better dive shops. They have two boats, one for DSDs and the other one for professionals. I was diving with them for 5 days and never the same dive site. Staff is knowledgeable and patient, boat crew nice and helpful. I had an excellent time and would highly recommend Noronha Diver. – via
