My wife and I have had a couple of great dives. The first dive was a welcome to scuba, (I’m PADI OWA) but my wife is uncertified and had only dived 4 times before in Cyprus.
The dive lecture at the beginning was really good and informative. Erron was clear in his explanations and covered everything, they had 1 dive master to 2 divers.
Took us first into the sea and got us to practice, clearing mask, taking regulator out and replacing. Then on the boat to shallow reef about 4-5 m deep.
Lots to see, wife felt comfortable and loved the sealife.
Second dive she was 1-1 with a dive master, and they took her to about 12m, both dives were great, with free photos and videos taken and put straight onto phone at the end of the dive.
There is a little van that takes you to the boat and also does pickup from hotels. As the German said this is an old vehicle, but you don’t go diving on a van ??, what milky’s does have is a large dive boat, that is very stable and has plenty of equipment on board. – via

Hatte einen Tauchgang, und der war schon zuviel. Die Leihausrüstung ist nicht in gutem Zustand (Inflator an BCD defekt bei Buddy), hatte zum Glück eigene Ausrüstung. Es musste nur gesagt werden, dass man zertifiziert ist und welche Stufe, wurde aber nicht geprüft. Ein Briefing fand nicht wirklich statt. Da mein Buddy wohl Anfänger war, und lange nicht getaucht hatte, hätte er nicht gleich auf 30m mitgenommen werden sollen. So war seine Luft nach 20m aus und ich hatte mit 30m meinen kürzesten TG überhaupt. Das Transportfahrzeug zum Anleger ist alt und hat mangels Wartung scharfe Kanten. Als ich mich verletzt hatte, gab es in der Basis nicht mal ein Pflaster im übersichtlichen Verbandskasten. Sie verlangen auch Vorauskasse für den Tauchgang, vermutlich weil sie nicht sicher sind dass man zurückkommt ;-). – via

We came here for the Discovery SCUBA diving and had a blast. The instructors are knowledgeable, the equipment is all in working order, they will take care of you, and the price was right. They even helped my fiance who’s still just learning to swim, and dragged her along so she could just look at the fish … she had a great time. It was only twice the price of helmet diving … but 10x more interesting and exciting. It’s made me want to get my SCUBA license so we can do more, maybe once my fiance learns to swim on her own. 🙂 – via

We availed all our water activities through Milky’s Dive Center and Water Activities. Amazing customer service. Worth every penny. The entire team are all amazing people. A must try is their Scuba Diving the rate includes a complete diving gear, oxygen tank, dive suit, boat dive, photo and video, and the dive master won’t leave your aide. They also have an almost hour of lecture regarding dos and donts of Scuba diving. After this experience, my wife and I are planning in pursuing a diving license. Will definitely be back and try this in a different site in Boracay. – via
