A Deep Blue Dive Scuba Diving is the most unprofessional dive shop I’ve visited. We booked a morning scuba trip and were told to show up in advance on the day to get gear situated. When we arrived at the agreed upon time, the shop wasn’t even open and had no employees around. When the shop finally did open, the staff was surprised to learn of our scheduled dive trip and blamed other employees instead of resolving the fact that they never sent the proper booking verification, never checked the schedule, and weren’t prepared to take us diving as we paid for. An absolute waste of time. I’d call it the most disappointing diving experience I’ve had but we didn’t even get to dive. As a scuba instructor with plenty of diving experience, I’d recommend finding another more reliable shop that will actually get you diving and not blow you off the morning of. – via google

NO CALL NO SHOWED US.

Went in person on Saturday to ask about options. A gentleman talked us through and we decided on snorkeling. We filled out a form for 2 of us, paying for a 3rd ghost rider to hit his minimum. We agreed for 1230 for the next day, Sunday, and he said to get there around 12.
We get there at 12, told all the other captains what we were there for. 12:40 rolls around and someone finally tells us that he isn’t going to show up. Supposedly he told someone else it was too murky and that he’d call us but he never did. He had my phone number and email.
Extremely frustrating considering we double checked everything with him and were looking forward to an afternoon out on the water.
We were lucky the parasailing team was able to accommodate us so the trip to the dock wasn’t a waste.

Be cautious when booking. Supposedly he does this to people pretty often. – via google

Had wonderful diving experience with SFDH. All of staff helpful and upbeat, helped me with tanks, equipment and good support, safety briefing and dive overview of each dive site. My thanks to all team I encountered made my dive afternoon really fun and memorable! Grateful, Tiffany, Tyler, Brad, Zolly not sure name right he is Capitan. I recommend SFDH for your next dive in Pompano Beach area. – via google
