This is a relaxed location with great ambience. Easy to get to from the US and restaurant has very good food. Rooms are clean with great view over the marina.
People at the front desk very friendly and helpful. Thank you to staff for making our stay so special. – via

Well hello….Conch Inn. I surely wish my time spent there was on my own time. Unfortunately it was business. But O’Neil, Christine and Rosemary was fabulous!! Warm personalities, efficient, right there when I needed them. They truly “bent over backwards” and gave me a week of a ‘WOW’ experience. They truly love to make their guests happy and love what they do. Besides the personalities, the rooms and marina ocean view was literally a breath of fresh air & fabulous. I hope there will be a gym & spa next time. By the way, great job transitioning after that humbling storm. God is exceedingly and abundantly able to do far more than we could ever ask or imagine. My coworkers and I stayed here for a week and it was nothing short of amazing.
The resort looks exactly like the pictures,which is a plus. We had the two bedroom,two bathroom luxury suite which was very spacious and clean!
All of the staff were very friendly and helpful, but there’s one particular gentleman who stood out to us,Oneil .
Oneil has such a big warming smile and welcoming personality. Anything we needed to know,we would ask him and he was always willing to help.
Overall our stay was great and this hotel was 10/10 for us.

Hotel was lovely. Clean, efficient, wonderful views and the L’occitane amenities were a wonderful touch.
What made my experience was the staff. Five stars all around. My only regret was not getting everyone’s names.

Oniel Stuart, who seems to be the go to guy for the property, helped us with everything from luggage, ‘room service’, to recommendations for places to eat. He was very helpful, but not in an overbearing or intrusive type of way. The true definition of hospitality! He clearly takes care of the guest above all else.

Our room attendants, Christine and Rosemary, were friendly and warm and ensured that we always had everything we needed in our rooms.
Valentines Day fell during our visit and it was quite nice returning to our rooms to find that our beds had a special Valentines treat.

I only wish they had mentioned on the website or otherwise that the hotel does not have an elevator and to get to our rooms we had to climb 3 flights of stairs. – via

“Captain Keith” the Toronto transplant is a class act. I really appreciated his professional manner, helpful nature and making sure safety is just as important as having fun on these voyages. And his assistant “Ash” is one of the most special humans you can meet as he was giving his heart and soul to make sure everyone was taken care of. Thank you guys for the Ginger cookies and I will never forget your Gatorade trick you showed me. 🙂 – via

Friendly staff who aim to please their guests. Keith and Ash made a great team. My 5 and 7 year old daughters were reluctant to dive but after their briefing they were comfortable and eager to go on their scuba dive. They had such a great time that they begged to go again. Dive abaco is GREAT with children. I highly recommend them!!! – via
