Ich hätte wohl besser auch erst mal die Bewertungen lesen sollen. Kann auch nur sagen bloß nichts hier bestellen. Ans Telefon geht keiner nur ein AB, man soll eine Mail machen und auf die Mail bekommt man wenn man Glück hat mal nach 14 Tagen eine Rückmeldung, dass die Ware nicht verfügbar ist. Habe den Vorfall gleich bei Paypal gemeldet. Super enttäuscht!!! – via google

I could then hear on tape that the payment would be made within 24 hours if I shared the missing BIC number, because the IBAN number was not sufficient because it would be a Portuguese order. This message was also emailed to me on the day of the call. The order went to a German address and the advance payment was made by a German bank. I had already sent the receipt for the advance payment as a photo. I mentioned this in my reply email and asked for the fastest possible transfer. It’s now 4 business days and a weekend and no refund.

Nach 2 Wochen Wartezeit, war leider keine Rückerstattung erfolgt. Via E-Mail habe ich die Rückerstattung angemahnt. Dies bliebt unbeantwortet. Mehrmalige Versuche telefonisch Kontakt aufzunehmen, scheiterten. Ich habe dann letztlich auf Band gesprochen, es kam weiterhin keine Antwort. Daraufhin habe ich eine weitere E-Mail geschrieben mit der Bitte um Rückerstattung. Als Antwort erhielt ich einen Anruf mit nicht erkennbarer Nummer. Auf Band konnte ich mir dann anhören, dass die Bezahlung innerhalb 24 Std. erfogen würde, falls ich die fehlende BIC Nr. teilen würde, denn IBAN Nr. sei nicht ausreichend, da es sich um eine portugiesische Bestellung handeln würde. Diese Nachricht wurde mir am Tag des Anrufes auch noch per E–Mail geschickt. Die Bestellung ging an eine deutsche Adresse und die Vorkasse wurde von einer deutschen Bank geleistet. Den Beleg über die Vorkasse hatte ich bereits als Foto mitgeschickt. Dies habe ich in meiner Antwortmail erwähnt und um schnellstmögliche Überweisung gebeten. Mittlerweile sind 4 Werktage und ein Wochenende vergangen und keine Rückerstattung. – via google
