Worst experience ever, the owner is rude and arrogant and will make your experience worse. – via

1 star only for the view of the room.
Room: The place have no wi fi and we spent all the morning without light and water. Also the aircon do a lot of noise, we need to turn off.
Staff: the worst experience. The owner said one price to see the whale shark and then charge you another price.
The owner is very disrespectful. We agree before we go there to pay with credit card. First she want to us to pay 3.5% of charge and then the machine doesn’t work and we spent 4 hs looking a solution that, and the minimum she have to say is “sorry” or apologise for the “ inconvenience “ a disaster. Also she greet the employers as a slaves.
Tour whale shark: was all the time a guy taking photos of the shark near. We couldn’t get 1 picture nice.
The food: is good but, the prices are more expensive that the other hotel in the area.
