Was at a spa time out with my daughter cost of £290 which I thought for what you got was way over priced the afternoon tea wasn’t up to much considering I’m not sweet toothed and the tea wasn’t very warm last time I came it was soup and sandwiches which suited me better as for the massage itself it wasn’t great felt as though someone was just rubbing my back and face and the new products used actually left me with a headache from the smell where as time before I had no complaints I enjoyed every minute of it, it was so gd I actually bought family members timeout spa day as gifts but after the experience this time I won’t be back – via google

Unfortunately we had a bad experience here, my wife took a bath and took off her expensive watch in the bathroom. A few hours later after leaving the hotel she remembered she left her watch in the bathroom. On calling, Jack put the phone down on me. I called again regarding the missing property, after a few calls they didn’t seem helpful and kept saying the staff has been with us for a long time. Nevertheless the watch is missing now and only the luggage person and the cleaner entered the room. WATCH OUT!! for your valuables in this hotel. – via google
