Jim helped us get our open water scuba certification while we were on vacation. He is such a patient, kind, and knowledgeable teacher. You can really tell he has a love for teaching and scuba. Jim helped accommodate our busy schedule as well which was amazing. He will never put you in unsafe conditions or conditions that wouldn’t produce a fun dive. I definitely recommend him! – via

I have drove all the way to the island THREE times now from Palmetto trying to buy snorkeling gear because of all the reviews but every time I drive out here doors are locked, the lights are out and no one is inside. All 3 times I checked online to make sure they were open for the day and all of the times it had said that they were open until 5 pm, I visited around 3 & 4 every time. If they are going to close early why not leave a sign saying you closed early or change your times on google. Maybe the 1st time was okay figuring maybe an emergency or a good reason for closing early but after the 2nd & then the 3rd time driving here when it says “open” frustrates me. I guess I will have to take my business somewhere else since they don’t care to stay open when it says they are open. – via

The owner does NOT return calls! Don’t expect to visit and get a call back. I had tried for weeks, not just a one day call. After my fourth call and third message I finally got a person. This person was not aware of that i have called at all. She stated that the owner was busy. I went to another company with worse reviews and got 100 times better service.
This is all a shock after seeing great reviews. I guess they would they were friends that left the reviews.
I would NEVER TRUST my safety with this company. – via
