tried to get into a try dive today travelled over 30 miles to try this arrived 5 minutes late due to traffic only to be told to go home and come back next week ………..NO TY ill go speak to another diving instructor this guys attitude sucked was told to be there for 7 arrived at 7.05 only to be informed they was in the pool at 7 i should of have been informed of this

you have lost mine and my friends custom will me going to a different instructor 100% waste of my time going there

Went for a trial dive only to be told because we were late by 10 minutes due to being stuck in traffic to leave and come back the following week, no chance i will be picking a different instructor poor customer service with a even worse attitude. would not recommend this service – via google

As an experienced instructor, I would not recommend due to the conduct of the owner. I was absolutely shocked at their attitude on the phone to me when I asked him to confirm that the children were of a suitable age for a try dive (8+), I was told that this is only a management responsibility. It is my responsibility to verify this also. So, I quickly decided that I would not be willing to work for such an organisation. – via google
