Great first diving experience! After a brief training of the diving basics and safety exercises in our hotel pool, we startet our boat trip to a nice place where we could see an incredible diversity of corals and fishes. We were a small group of nine or ten tourists and five people from Dodo Divers. Thanks to Nabil and Luigi one can always feel safe and they teach with a lot of patience! – via google

nice contact with Rachelle about booking dives. there was one more day available so I was happy. super excited for the day and after asking if I could bring 1 extra person for an extra fee, the party was complete. 1 day prior to the agreed diving day there was an app message that no one can join anymore. apparently decided to fill the boat with other divers. I understand this from a commercial point of view but we had an agreement. payment was not the problem so why “our” seats to someone else? we were so looking forward to it with each other not alone because we are not alone on holiday …. very unfortunate that our diving experience in Mauritius had to end like this. next round looking for another company. – via google

I dove with them last year and they were great but was honestly very very disappointed with their customer
Service this time around.

I confirmed a date with them in the morning and booked a rental car for it, after which they cancelled because they’re prioritizing tourists from hotels (whom I guess will pay them more). They didn’t apologize or tried to find another date that worked.

I asked them for recommendations for other diving centers and they said that « unfortunately they didn’t know of other diving centers »?!?! It was a very shorty experience and will not be sending my friends and other tourists to them.

I’m Mauritian with a foreign partner, and it’s quite an unprofessional way to treat customers – via google
