I highly recommend diving with Rocky at Rockdivers. Rocky was great with making sure we felt comfortable with it being only our 5th and 6th dives. He gave us a refresher on the boat, fed us pineapple and empanadas between dives, and took some great photos. Overall a great experience! – via google

Recently had the pleasure of going on a scuba diving adventure with Rocky and his crew. From start to finish, the experience was seamless and enjoyable.

Rocky was not only knowledgeable about scuba diving but also very professional and friendly. He made sure everyone felt comfortable and safe throughout the entire excursion. I had finished my PADI cert about 6 months ago and he was very patient and taught me even more skills.

Rocky knew all the best spots to explore, and we even got to meet his “pet eel” and saw rays, fishes, puffers, etc. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a fun and laid back adventure. – via google

We booked a boat tour months in advance. We booked with Rockdivers because of the Google reviews. He was very responsive at first. Two days before our tour he confirmed. 10:30pm the night before our tour he messaged and canceled. Then about a hour later messages us back saying never mind it’s a go. Then at 2am he messages back and said he is canceling AGAIN. Do not book with this company !!!!! – via google

This dive shops good reviews are mind blowing. Chose this shop based on good Google Reviews. Booked 3 dive days several months in advance of traveling to Costa Rica. Several days prior to our dive reservation Rocky confirmed our diving for 2 days. After asking about the third, he messaged that we were the only customers diving that Saturday. I then received a message at 6PM Friday evening cancelling our Saturday morning dives. This was after all the other dive shops had closed, and we lost a day of diving due to this guy. I booked 3 days of diving with a different dive shop Saturday morning as I was not sure we would ever get to dive with Rockdivers. He then refused to return our $150 deposit. Unbelievable!!! Do NOT book with this shop. – via google

Had a great experience with the Rockdivers team. Our instructor was Emmanuel but we were also accompanied by Selina. The equipment, arrangement, the food and, of course the diving, were absolutely great. We did 4 dives with the team and they helped us tremendously. They were patient, safe and guided us through some awesome dive sites. We saw rays, turtles, sharks and a ton of fish. Thanks a lot, Rocky, for helping arrange this. I just completed my PADI Open Water diving course with Rock Divers, and can’t recommend it highly enough. It was a phenomenal experience. Emanuel and Selena were excellent teachers. They were extremely patient, highly experienced, and emphasized safety and best practices at every step. I felt confident in every step of the certification program, and the dives were incredible.

It blows my mind that I was able to see such a diversity of marine life on my first day diving in the open ocean. We spotted sea horses, octopi, white tip sharks, rays, and sea turtles, and of course vast shoals of tropical fish. Emanuel and Captain Manuel knew great spots and did very comprehensive briefings before each dive, and I had lots of opportunities to practice my skills underwater. The atmosphere on the boat was friendly and fun. Rocky was super helpful and accommodating in setting up the experience. I hope to dive with Rock Divers again soon. – via google

What an amazing morning of calm on our private boat with nothing but sea air and ocean views.
I finally checked some thing off my bucket list: Scuba Diving in Costa Rica for first time. Did my training and then two- 40 feet dives with Emanuel my patient and cool instructor. Swimming amongst all the fishy’s, eels, octopus, sharks, rays, starfish, and other ocean beauties-in Turtle and Argentina point- oh my!
Mannuel our boat captain was delightful and super helpful too. In between dives, we enjoyed freshly baked goods and pineapple. Next time we are back in CR, we would definitely dive again with RockDivers.
Thanks guys for making it so easy!

Rocky is the man. The whole process couldn’t have been easier. He responds to messages right away. You meet the boat at the beach and away you go. We wanted to go to Catalina but ended up doing a local dive and was surprised by the amount of species we encountered. Sharks, rays, octopus, turtles. Our divemaster was named will.
