If you are looking for a place to safely learn to breath under the water, Glen is your guy. He is super experienced, loves teaching, easy to understand and makes sure you understand why you learn and do things to keep you and your buddy safe. The shop is stocked with a great selection and custom orders can be done. Dry suits are available here and are great quality. So happy they are here in the valley! – via

I had the pleasure of diving with Flathead Scuba in September while I was visiting Glacier National Park. There’s no way I’m going to travel without getting a dive in and I recommend you do the same. While in town I dove with Glen to get my altitude speciality and learn some finer points on dry suits. Then at the end of the week, Vince was very patient and flexible with me to plan a dive at Lake McDonald. I met Chuck and Erica along the way and found a bunch of happy toddlers taking swimming lessons in the shop’s heated indoor pool. Flathead Scuba is a marvelous team and although I’m not rich, I really hope I’m in MT again to dive with them in town or on what sounds like some stellar Pacific Northwest dive trips. I recommend you give them a call (not email) and find out what they have going on. They’re likely to impress you if you’re a landlocked dive lover like me. – via

Came here for open water certification. The instructor, Glen, was fantastic. He was so kind and patient with our group. Whenever we had questions about certain diving concepts, he would always answer with a clear, concise explanation. In between dives, it was fun to get to know him. 5 star service, 5 star experience. If you’re not taking the time to get certified through flathead scuba, you’re doing yourself a disservice. – via
