I had a great 3rd visit to Black Rock and completed my Rescue Diver and Deep Specialty courses with them this time. It was great to see Renate and the team there and their new diving centre setup is excellent.
I’m looking forward to my next visit which will hopefully be very soon. – via

I have tried to order from them, but they are not set up for online payment, even though they allow for a cart and what seems normal online shopping, with a shipping price and even an automated email with the contents of the cart.
After my initial attempt at shopping they deleted my account without any explanation.
I have tried to call and email customer service and they have been totally unresponsive they have NO customer service, and NO explanation whether they accept orders from the US or not.
Ignoring foreign customers seems to be the policy. – via
