We spent an amazing day on a private snorkeling boat tour with 7 and 9 year old, parents and grandparents. Our guides were extremely helpful with the kids entertaining them and helping to tow them back to ship when they tired of swimming.
We went to a sunken tugboat and a site with underwater fenceboats. Both sites were alive with marine life a delightful snorkeling spots – via google

Just got back from a superb two day PADI Wreck Course with Rod from Perth Scuba. An in-house extended version of the course including FOUR dives on actual wrecks, the MV Lena off Bunbury and the HMAS Swan of Busselton, a bonus night dive on Busselton jetty and over accomodation in Busselton. Access to full size wrecks gave us the time to learn proper techniques for line laying on the first day, then practise them in the close confines of a military wreck on the second day. Experiencing silted out conditions, diving with a mask failure and following lines through three deck levels give us a solid grounding in techniques used for wreck diving.
Cannot recommend the course and Instructor Rod highly enough! – via google

This outfit is truly amazing. I’ve been to several dive destinations and enjoyed the diving at all of them. What stands out about this place is the people. All the dive places I have gone to have had helpful and knowledgeable staff but these guys are at a higher level in my opinion. They are super fun to talk to and just hang out with in general (including the owner!) which makes the dive experience top notch. This was my brothers first dive experience and where he got his open water cert. They made it perfect. Thank you Layla, Will, Leroy and Alex! Can’t wait until our next visit to Curacao to use these guys again. – via google

I just finished a week long stay at Lions Dive and Ocean Encounters is a top notch dive operation. As part of a very large group of divers from Texas we put a lot of stress on this shop. However they handled like the pros they are. Great facility, talented people, awesome boats and knowledgeable Dive Masters. A personal shout out to PC and Leroy, they were assigned to the boat I was on all week as our Dive Masters. A lot of divers, but they made each of us feel like individuals. And they were engaged divers, appearing to have as much fun as we did on each dive, a rarity in my experience. Truly a 5 star experience and highly recommend! – via google

This was the last and most expensive (double the price) dive trip we did all week. End of the day it was…. okay. The dive masters were friendly which was the redemptive quality. The first dive was literally at the harbor opening and the second site was covered in snorkelers so you really didn’t need a boat for either. Check in was slow, they charge a pretty penny for rental gear, and the reefs were 1/4 to 1/2 dead. At the end we said we would dive Curacao again, but not with Ocean Adventures. – via google

I just returned from a week long dive trip with Oceans Encounters. We had a group of 31 travelers, including 25 divers. The experience was a great one. OE coordinated the lodging and airport transfers for us, not just the diving. The shore diving from the resort was top notch. The on-site staff was great to work with to coordinate afternoon and night dives. For the most part, their boat staff was great to work with. We have a little challenge to begin, but as we learned more about the staff, we were able to adapt the expectation and experience. Because of our group size, we were only able to dive together on a single boat 2 of the 5 times. This was great, however, as we did not expect to be able to dive together at all. The boats were all in good shape and the facility was very easy to navigate and work with. We will do this trip again! – via google

A perfect ocean experience requires both knowledge and love of the ocean, weather, terrain, equipment, and life both beneath and above the waves.

Yet Neptune’s domain can still be uncomfortable unless your guide also understands you, and me. The customer. Not only understanding, but also thinking about safety at all times.

Few can tick all these boxes. Yet the staff of Ocean Encounters met and exceeded every one. Once you’re in their hands, all you have to do is breath. Prepare yourself for turtles, sharks, shrimps, octopus, and so, so much more.
