Graduated here with a Bachelors in 1981. Let me say this: After having studied here, my Full-Time Masters from NYU – even with Full-Time work – for me, wasn’t at all difficult. Have gone to many recent Alumni events: 2 of them at The Princeton Club, 1 at the SUNY World Center 1 in downtown Binghamton, as well as 3 annual alumni Homecomings during Octobers. Also, I read the Pipe Dream online as well as subscribe to YouTube and LinkedIn BU channels, get weekly BU news from the Alumni staff. Everything you’ve read or heard, with a multitude of triumphs from award-winner faculty, and those absolutely brilliant researchers, are true. Strong chance you’ll endeavor these !
Early on as students, each customarily learns their truest high-caliber level abilities here. This alone might very well put you onto an lucrative career, with a decent life. Enough said. – via

I attended a great tour for transfer students (given by Kai). The tour was enlightening and touched on all the questions that I needed answered. It is a beautiful campus with the perfect combination of programs for practically any profession.
BTW, Kai was very engaging and added a welcome touch of levity to our tour experience. – via

Administration and Staff are really lacking here. It felt like no one was ever available, or ever had the courtesy of answering back emails or phone calls. Some instructors were great. Others try making their class hard just for the sake of being hard to a point it just becomes comical — ie refuse to answer students questions. To give the benefit of the doubt, I guess maybe it was to encourage students to help each other out more.
I heard a lot of good things about this school but I didn’t really see it first hand. I always thought prestige and elite were the result of a mindset of facing every challenge with a can-do attitude and and open mind for learning, but I think there is more of the “social prestige” in play here. – via
