I feel obligated to share this experience for the hope it prevents someone from having a bad experience like mine and maybe prevent someone from suffering a diving accident.
1) this company is absolute chaos. No organization. They just pawn you off to other dive shops and don’t care about your experience.
2) these guys do not practice any safety regulation. Regulator cut out, While diving, discovered they put 2 extra kilos in my BCD without telling me and none of the masters admitted they did it. The fins they give you are for snorkeling or kids. Overall, equipment is in very bad condition and is not safe for diving.
3) arguing all the time because nothing is arranged. They send you to sipidan and force you to dive the same dive as the day before. They also tell you you’ll get 3 dives on the island, but it is actually just 2.
4) I booked my taxi from airport through them, the taxi that showed up was unlicensed. He kept trying to avoid a police check point by asking me to move to another car and booking a fake ride share. Ended up me refusing to continue the ride and being left on the side of the road.
Overall, the most unprofessional, unpleasant experience I’ve had with a diving shop in the over 30 I’ve used in many different countries. Plus it’s a matter of time till a diving accident happens because of them. I had to do my part and post this in an effort to mitigate such an event. – via
