I have used a couple dozen dive companies over the years across the US, Mexico and Caribbean. Quiescence rates up at the top.
The staff: Doug, Luke and Captain Steve were on point. Great suggestions and guidance from Doug, and great personal service from Luke and Cpt Steve. Granted, dive conditions were perfect (but beyond their control :)) but they were key to us having a incredible 2 days diving.
Their Equipment: The rental equipment was the best I have ever had, by a large margin. Although we did not use it, their shop appeared to be very well equipped to support divers. Their boats only support 6 guests, but again, some of the best equipment we have been on. Perfect size, very comfortable open ocean ride, very clean and easy to dive from. – via

I took my leaking computer transmitter to them because I was diving the next day and they fixed it while I waited and although it was a more extensive fix than I thought it would be, he was able to make all the necessary fixes on the spot so I could leave with my gear and dive the next day. They were both super knowledgeable and fun to talk to. – via

Everyone in the shop made even just finding the right gear a fun time. Steve was wonderful on the boat about getting us to the best spots for coral on our dives. He also walked us through safely getting back on the boat when the water got very rough and was patient when we needed to work with camera equipment or find better visibility on a dive site. Had such a great experience we returned again the next day! – via

If you’re in the area and want to get your own scuba tanks or do a private excursion, this is the place to go! Staff are extremely knowledgeable- but they’re also chill, patient, helpful not at all stuck-up. Great for anyone.
Often dive shops will either lack knowledge, or they’ll be kind of rude and elitist about it. This place is great because they don’t do either – via

We spent several days there this week, and it was a return trip for us. This shop continues to have wonderful captains and very friendly staff. The smaller boats give you great personal attention and the ability to react to the weather and other large boats who may take over a smaller dive site. We did several day trips, and a twilight dive on the Benwood. Captain Steve made each dive safe and entertaining. – via
