Coco Body Hithi has been one of my favorite resorts in the Maldives. It’s clean and neat. The atmosphere and the sealife are just beautiful.. My villa was amazing, and I got to check other villas and I think it’s also great. The staff are good and friendly, however my only complain is the check in process which was loaded with negative energy; the reason for that is that the staff member who checked us in me and my partner, had another couple sitting with us -to check them in as well- at the same time, to save time! As much as this seemed helpful for him as much as it was annoying and upsetting for me and my partner! We never expect this from a 5 star hotel, and we couldn’t discuss our request to extend for an extra day freely and privately.. as we had noticed the annoyance of the other couple as well. Knowing that the hotel has around 350 staff members we surely deserve the proper attitude that we expect specially for the price we’re spending there. Morever, the food for breakfast at the Air restaurant was not really fresh or rich as you’d expect from a 5 star hotel. The food in the Aqua and Suki restaurants were good yet way overpriced. Anyhow I truly am grateful to live this experience and would come there again in the near future hoping for the points I discussed to be solved.
