I dived with Poni Divers 5-8 August 2022. They exceeded my expectations again, after many years of diving with them.
Poni honored the promotion dive package sold 2 years ago, before the pandemic hit.
Poni put divers’ safety & interest on top priority. They took us out to sea but didn’t hesitate to call the dives due to choppy seas & did not charge us for the cancelled dives.
The next day when we can dive, they sent 3 dive guides + 2 boatman to serve us: 5 divers.
Poni Team are warm & professional & they did their utmost to please us divers & make our diving experience wonderful & memorable.
Also, Poni Homestay was renovated & is as pleasant & comfy as always.

Booked the Discover Scuba Diving course. They forgot my book…

Booked the Discover Scuba Diving course. They forgot my booking so my friend and I showed up for no reason. No refunds accepted even under this circumstance, told to come back another time (which is very difficult due to work and timing with friend as we were on leave in the first place). Will update my review if I actually managed to do the activity. Really disappointing.

Managed to finally get the course done. Will recommend to remind them of your booking the day before to avoid disappointment. – via

I really enjoyed having diving classes, watersports and staycations with Poni Divers. The activities they provide are fun and quite affordable. Visit them on their Instagram page @ponidivers for more information.

They are located in the same building as nurwanita Thai restaurant. There are parkings in front where the wooden stalls are. When doing watersports here, there is an outdoor and indoor shower area and a toilet for you to change.

The downside is that they do sometimes forget bookings or reply slow. So I recommend confirming again with them to avoid disappointment. Everyone there is really friendly and helpful. – via
