I did my PADI Open Water and Advanced Open Water at Dive Ind…
I did my PADI Open Water and Advanced Open Water at Dive India’s Neil Island dive center/ resort in December 2022 and would highly recommend it.
Right from day 1, the whole team was exceptionally professional, warm and helpful. I felt comfortable, knowing I was in company of highly skilled and experienced divers, who turned out be patient at each and every step.
Diving:
Vikas, the lead instructor is one of the two diving pioneers in India (you’ll be in really good hands) – his knowledge of topics spanning physics, computers often blew my mind. During my time in Neil, Darius and Sagar (recommend the inter tidal walk with him, if you’re interested in nature and sea life), two divemasters were helping setting and run the dives; and they were both friendly, instructive and shared regular feedback. Miloni, who manages the whole resort is super warm, funny and considerate. She managed me and the rest of the guests at the resort with a lot of care and consideration, taking care of our unique needs and circumstances. I will remember how she explained the island’s bus routes to me, before I was about to step out of the resort for the first time.
Resort:
It’s the first resort one sees when one gets off the Neil Island jetty – I was very pleased with the location as it gave me ready access to the beach, market, our diving start point and a place to chill by the beach at all times. – via
