(Translated by Google) A very good dive site. We first discussed 1 day and that ended up being 3. The people at easy divers are very relaxed and go through everything with you. Also, they took very good care of our belongings by washing them well after every day. They don’t have their own boat, they hire a local captain with boat. They do this to support the local population. They also have a whole program against plastic in the water and they plant new coral. As far as we are concerned, a perfect location to do nice quiet dives in Pemutaran and Menjangan island.

Een hele goede duik locatie. Wij hadden eerst 1 dag besproken en dat werden er uiteindelijk 3. De mensen van easy divers zijn heel relaxed en nemen alles goed met je door. Ook hebben ze heel goed voor onze spullen gezorgd door ze na elke dag goed te wassen. Ze hebben geen eigen boot, ze huren een lokale kapitein met boot in. Dit doen ze om de lokale bevolking te ondersteuning. Ook hebben ze een heel programma tegen plastic in het water en planten ze nieuwe koraal aan. Wat onze betreft een perfecte locatie om mooie rustige duiken te doen in Pemutaran en Menjangan eiland.

I can’t recommend Easy Divers enough. We went diving with them on 4 separate days, and it was just perfect. The staff is great, the owners are awesome, the gear is new and comfortable and the service all around is just perfect. I really hope to come back to Bali just to go diving with them again. I spent a week diving in Pemuteran with Easy Divers. Communication is super easy, the dives are always organized according to your experience and the things you would like to see underwater. I had my own equipment but theirs is well maintained (it’s nice to see a dive shop using backplates!), and they are very safety oriented. Besides, i truly felt like this place was a little home away from home, I would just go there earlier in the morning to have coffee and a chat with the team. There’s nothing I could find that needs to be improved. Thank you Jure, Ana, Rafi and the rest of the team, I love you guys and I’ll come back! – via

We recently had a really nice experience with Easy Divers.
My partner and I are both very keen and experienced divers. After checking several other dive shops in the area, we decided to dive with Easy Divers as they came across as safe, responsible, had well-maintained equipment, offered good value, and effective communication (it was nice to be able to speak directly to the owner, rather than a DM who had to check everything with someone by phone). We booked 8 dives in total at Manjangan and Pemuteran and received 1 shore dive for free as a custom package. The dives were all amazing, varied, and everything went very smoothly. We were very satisfied with all four days of diving!
Our only complaint was that at the time of payment the price was around 1.3m IDR more than what we understood the package was to be charged at. Our quote didn’t arrive by WhatsApp as requested so perhaps we should have followed it up to avoid any misunderstanding.
I still give these guys 5* as the diving was truly world class, the entire team was competent and friendly, and we were well looked after. As an added bonus, Easy Divers actively contribute to the local community and the environment, and don’t use any single use plastic – yay!

After checking a couple of options, locations and schools in Bali for my beginner freediving course I ended up with Yoshua from OUSIA Freediving Academy in lovely Pemuteran. It turned out to be a amazing choice and it was worth every penny of the already very reasonable priced AIDA level 2 course.

Freediving is becoming very popular and there are many options available. Maybe some people aim for a quick fix and some dope pictures. There is nothing wrong with that, but I was aiming for a more spiritual experience in this bizar mind mastering sport. Yoshua was like a Mister Miyagi to me. The links between this sport and everyday life challenges are just insane. Yoshua has excellent communication skills, replies fast, remains calm, is patient ( i am a very enthousiast and expressive person), he has a good sense of humor, is interested in who you actually are and why you want to do this.

His approach is based on fun within all the obvious safety limits. We said that allot to each other “let’s have some fun”. I really liked that and it got rid of most of my natural nervous moments. Freediving is no joke, so relaxation and a calm mind are key. He got me in that state most of the times, which was dope. The pushiness and the drive for performance that could be linked with this sport get thrown out of the window and replaced with enjoyment, a good understanding of how your body works, a slow & steady learning curve and respect for the sport. It made me suck up all the info, reach all my personal goals (which i forgot while doing the course) and I get hooked.

Major bonus points.

1. This guy knows all the local spots for accommodation, restaurants, etc

2. He is very talented with his Gopro. I got some amazing pictures and we used his recordings to analyze and improve my technique; which was super helpful.
