Did my Discover and Open Water Cert here with Raul for the Discovery and Jenny for the OW, stayed elsewhere. Both very friendly, professional, and clearly know their stuff. Jenny even took videos for us of our Open Water training dives which are priceless memories of the experience. It was a roller coaster 3 days with the 1st day being all the confined dives out in the bay rather than a pool. This made it more challenging with the waves, but it made us better divers having more experience in real life conditions. If you do the same, stick with it, the best is yet to come! Jenny was great at calming us, reassuring us, correcting bad habits, and making us better divers, but also in pointing out things on the reef that really make all the stress of training worth it, and every dive different. A fantastic spot to learn in. The kit was a bit worn out with two of my octopuses having issues, but that’s why you do all the pre-dive checks! Wish we’d had more time to dive with them. – via

My partner and I did a discovery dive then committed to the PADI Open Water with Neptune. Jenny was our instructor and guided us through the process. Although at times we moved quickly we always felt safe with her and she taught us well. We passed the course and completed three open water dives after the discovery one. The equipment is a bit dated but for learning your PADI it’s good enough. Jen also took videos and pictures of our dives and pointed out many cool creatures under the sea. – via

My boyfriend and I were signing up to our open water and re-activate courses with Andreas. He was the perfect instructor – he brought patience and calmness as well as total in and out knowledge of the course, if we had any questions, he always knew the answer. He was so thorough in teachings and advice, you always felt in good hands whilst under and above the water. He managed my boyfriends open water course and my refresher at the same time, which was so fantastic as it meant we got to dive together on his first time, which is a memory we’ll cherish forever. Open Water Diver Course Review:
Thank you Andreas, you were the best instructor I could wish for. I felt save all the time and it was easy to understand your instructions.
Doing the course in 4 days was perfect for me. Be sure to plan 5-8 hours for the e-Learning!!!!

The Neptune Dive Resort Team was super friendly and the location was perfect!!! Just 5 meters to the water and thats it.

10/10 I will come back for Advanced Diver probably. – via

THANKS Martin!

I had the best experience of my live getting my Open Water here, I cannot recommend this scuba diving school enough. Martin was the best instructor we could have, he’s not just experienced, he is very good at teaching and making you feel comfortable while learning new skills and breathing underwater. He’s truly a wonderful human being. I will never forget those days and maolboal is such a good spot for diving. Thanks thanks thanks! Until we meet again! – via

I did my PADI open water and 10/10 would recommend. If I had more time I would have done the Advanced as well. Martin the instructor is THE BEST. Experienced, calm, reassuring and super funny, I had the best time with him. At the beginning I was a bit afraid but Martin made me fall in love with diving. Thank youu – via

Agréablement surpris du rapport qualité/prix.
La chambre est bien : lit confortable, climatisation, eau chaude, eau potable et bouilloire avec thé et café,
Le personnel est sympathique.
Hotel est idéalement situé avec une vue sur la mer depuis le 2ème étage.
Il s’agit de la plage où il y a les tortues et les sardines. Vous n’avez pas besoin de guide, juste votre masque et tuba.
Vous pouvez également y admirer le coucher du soleil.
On a essayé le restaurant pour le petit-déjeuner. Il est bien, le service est discret et les prix sont abordable comparés aux alentours.
Pour la plongée, malheureusement, on n’a pas eu le temps d’en faire, mais l’équipe nous a bien expliqué les certifications et les stages. On la fera ici si on retourne aux Philippines. – via
