Hier wird man vom Personal und vom Management genötigt, erpresst und massiv unter Druck gesetzt wenn man eine Beschwerde verbringt. Meer und Anlage stinken nach Fäkalien. Personal bei Restaurants sehr sehr schlecht gebau so wie die tischzuweisung. Ich habe echt schon vieles gesehen aber so eine schlechte Erfahrung und so eine Aggressivität vom Personal macht nur sprachlos. – via

Morgens der Refresher im Pool war sehr gut und von einem engagierten Tauchlehrer durchgeführt. Die 2 Tauchgänge waren ernüchternd. Aber wie wir erfuhren, war der Tauchguide erst frisch dabei und erfüllte nicht die Anforderungen an den Qualitätsanspruch des Tauchshops. Uns wurde vorab nichts über die Tauchspots berichtet und wie alles abläuft. Ich hatte dann Probleme mit dem BCD. Es füllte sich immer wieder leicht mit Luft, so dass ich ständig in den Auftrieb geriet und nach regulieren musste. Mit dem Boot wurden wir an einen Ort gefahren, wo einige Taucher in ein anderes Boot umsteigen mussten und neue Taucher ins Boot kamen. Und wir erhielten dort unseren unmotivierten Tauchguide. Am Ende der beiden Tauchgänge habe ich sehr gefroren und die Rückfahrt dauerte gefühlt ewig wegen der ganzen Umsteigerei der anderen Taucher und des Entladens der Tauchflaschen. Zudem waren wir enttäuscht von der Unterwasserwelt, die wir dort zu sehen bekommen haben.
Der Besitzer Stephan hat sich aber bei uns gemeldet und hat uns die ungünstige Situation geschildert. Er erklärte, dass dies nicht deren Service sei und er erstattet die Kosten zurück. Zusätzlich bot er zwei Ausgleichstauchgänge an. – via

SO SO SO GOOD?????????????? I can not recommend Dive Mike enough Carolina Jorge Candy and all the staff are fantastic!!!! I completed my open water certification with Carolina, as well as a couple more dives over to Cozumel and finally a cenote dive with Jorge.
A side note we (I) lost our bag of stuff (cell phones dive camera pesos) so so stressful, Candy Jorge helped us immensely Diego drove us all the way there and back and we got it back so so amazing.
