気がつけば54歳になっていた。26年前にOWを取得してそのままランクアップもせず毎年４本ペースのリゾートダイバー。魚にはほとんど興味は無く名前も唐揚げが美味しいグルクンとニモとウミガメ、チンアナゴくらいしか覚えておらず。マンタは一回見たことがあり目標達成済み。メキシコのセノーテも潜り人生で最高の風景も経験。そんな軟弱リゾートダイバーだが宮古島は未経験。いつでも行けると思っていたがいよいよいい年齢になってきた。来年生きてる保証は無いし行きたいと思ったら行けという思いでマレアさんのファンダイブに参加。これを見たいとかあそこに潜りたいと思って行くと達成できなかった時のがっかりが嫌なので何も考えず、ただいつものように透き通った海を潜る喜びだけを期待していました。天気だけは良いといいなあと。下地エリアの有名地形ポイントは知ってはいましたが、8月はシーズン的に難しそうだし、そもそもOWなので水深制限で潜れないから全く想定外でした。　それがなんとアントニオガウディに潜れちゃったのはびっくり。それには二つの想定外のことが。一つが海況がとても安定していたこと。前日に行ったヤビジのスキンダイビングでもスタッフの方がこんなベタ凪は年に数えるほどしか無いと。だからシーズン外でしたが下地島エリアに行けたようです。二つ目はOWだけど当日Adventure diverのライセンスの取得を兼ねる手段が取れたことでした。もうアドバンスを取るつもりもなかったのでディープダイビングが可能なこのライセンスがあることを知った時は迷わずこれを受けました。時間に余裕がある人、ちゃんとスキルを付けたい人はアドバンスを取るべきですが。。。。　いろいろ予定外もありましたが、結果オーライ。蜂の巣ホールでミニ通り池も体験。Hidemiさん　ガイドありがとうございました。楽しい思い出になりました。またそのうち行きたいと思います。 – via google
