Dopo vari resort frequentati, questo è stato il migliore per i servizi..per tutto lo staff (nessuno escluso) che ci hanno coccolato con garbo gentilezza e simpatia. Nonostante sia un resort a livello internazionale la cucina è ottima dalla colazione alla cena. Sono molto attenti ai minimi particolare.
È consigliato per famiglie con bambini visto la zona di giochi per loro… – via

This is about the 4th time we have stayed at the resort but the last time being about 12 years ago!! The service and food has stayed excellent! Room 242 had excellent views of the sea and was very close to the beach. Staff were wonderful as always, from Ashraf making my grand daughter special pancakes and the best konafa you will ever taste, to Mahmoud our wonderful waiter and can’t forget Chef Essam who always welcomed my grand daughter anf she always looked forward to going into the main restaurant! The people that cleaned our room did a great job, giving us many designs from towels! We shall definitely be coming back! – via

Great resort, lots of amenities and activities, friendly staff, nice touches like fruit basket and lots of assistance with what to do and where to go. And the price was very reasonable all inclusive. Will come again. – via

A seguito di un soggiorno presso il Sultan Garden Resort in Suite Premium Jacuzzi vista mare dal 16 al 26 Settembre 2023 , sono qui a chiedere spiegazioni di quanto è accaduto. Al momento della mia prenotazione la mia agenzia viaggi ha precisato che io sottoscritta avevo intolleranze alimentari al glutine e lattosio . Per essere più sicura e garantirmi una migliore alimentazione a causa dei miei problemi alimentari ho aggiunto la formula ” hard all inclusive ” sia per me che per mio marito. Voi avete risposto alla mail dell’agenzia dicendo che al momento del mio arrivo avrei dovuto parlare con il direttore o responsabile del resort per organizzare così il mio piano alimentare per tutta la mia permanenza (10gg) e che comunque all’interno della struttura erano presenti cibi dedicati alle allergie alimentari . Così decisi vista la vostra risposta di prenotare presso questa struttura . Insistentemente ho chiesto più volte un incontro con il direttore ma purtroppo mi è sempre stato negato alla reception, l’unica persona con cui sono riuscita a parlare è stato Emad l’unico dipendente gentile che alla reception parlava italiano , il quale mi fece parlare con lo chef senza però ottenere alcun risultato risolutivo. La risposta dello chef è stata : a colazione Pancake (ovviamente contenente lattosio) e succo di frutta all’arancia. Per il pranzo e per la cena carne oppure pesce alla piastra con verdure alla piastra (preciso che la piastra era sempre contaminata dal glutine ) . Non avevate nemmeno un biscotto o un dolce al cucchiaio o brioches per la colazione senza lattosio e glutine , non avevate nemmeno il latte da bere la mattina senza lattosio. Praticamente mi avete lasciata senza colazione per 10 GG. Durante l’ escursione al Cairo avevo chiesto il cestino sia per la colazione che per il pranzo . Ovviamente per la colazione non mi avete dato nulla , per il pranzo mi avete fornito pane ovviamente contenente glutine e omelette con latte. Per le altre escursioni mi sono dovuta arrangiare ( praticamente sono sempre stata senza mangiare) . Il tutto si è ripetuto per 10 GG , senza avere mai un’alternativa se non quello di mangiare quello che volevate voi e poi stare male e dover prendere le medicine. Ciò che si lamenta è anche il mancato interessamento e la maleducazione da parte di tutti i dipendenti con la quale sono stata trattata. Ma soprattutto la mancata assistenza a una persona con problemi alimentari precisati dall’agenzia al momento della prenotazione . Tutto ciò come si può ben capire mi ha procurato un grande danno e disagio, trasformando ciò che doveva essere un viaggio piacevole in un villaggio non piacevole e da dimenticare. Essendo stata una cosa molto grave lasciare una persona senza mangiare per 10 giorni vorrei fare chiarezza sull’accaduto e avere un vostro riscontro. Preciso che anche Eden Viaggi è stato informato dell’accaduto.
Sconsiglio questo Resort agli Italiani – via

Soho in Egypt is beautiful, anit pricey but worth it, they do a fountain display that is beautiful and out of this world. Their lights up here are amazing. Loads of different bars and restaurants, their is something here for everyone. – via

One of the best all-inclusives I’ve ever been to.

Food is the highlight here, the chef team have impressed every night for my 2 week stay – I enjoyed every offering, 3 times a day!

All the staff are very welcoming, friendly and attentive.

Perfect location, with heated pools, fantastic dive school on-site, great for a winter escape!

Plus: 24hr drinks, 2 mini golfs, and soft serve ice cream!! – via

Although dated it was comfortable and the staff was very accommodating. Stayed for a week felt like my second home. Ty was super cool and taught me alot about Montego Bay. Thanks for the fresh coconut ?? – via
