Magnifique expérience de découverte en plongée dans une petite crique. On se serait cru dans un.aquarium géant: murène, poulpe, bancs de poissons, passage dans le creux des rochers.
Nous avons été très bien encadré par les 2 gérants très sympas et attentionnés. Nous nous sommes sentis en sécurité et avons pu pleinement profiter de cette plongée. Merci encore pour ce beau moment en famille – via

Lack of respect for divers!
Last week I was diving with a group of six and we had just left Swiss Cheese cave. At that moment we were at a shallow reef only 6 meters deep. Suddenly I heard a noise that got louder and louder, the sun disappeared and before I realised what was happening we had a huge blue boat above us, with both its propellors churning backwards! I was later told that this was the dive boat from Blue Dive in Addaia. The sea was calm and being a group of six he must have seen our bubbles. After the boat was in position, an anchor was thrown in, just short of the last buddy team in the group. Luckily we were all experienced divers, otherwise a dangerous situation easily could have developed. An instructor from another dive centre was witness of what happened and he said the captain was “an idiot” and should have kept his distance from the air bubbles. One thing is sure; I will never use this dive center and its boat for a trip. And reading your answers to other negative comments, you always seem to have the tendency to blame the persons that complain. I’m sure that this lack of self-reflection will prove to have negative consequences for your company at some point in the future. Just wait and see! – via

Venimos de viaje de novios y encontramos Blue Dive. Hoy hemos contratado snorkels. Teníamos de monitora a Marta y un encanto y buena profesional. Yo que lo estaba pasando un poco mal, muy atenta y preocupada, animando y ayudando a que disfrutara de la experiencia. El caso de mi marido fue mui especial , a pesar de que no había hecho snorkel nunca , se lo ha pasado mui bien ! Y gracias a todo el equipo que son mui profesionales , y la verdad que te sientes mui seguros con ellos ! Gracias por hacernos pasar uno de nuestros mejores días en Blue Dive! – via

My brother and I did our PADI Open Water Dive course with Blue Dive Menorca, everybody was super friendly and welcoming. Marta our instructor was absolutely amazing, she made us feel super safe and taken care of during the whole experience. The equipment was ok, we didn’t have any issues. They brought us to great spots to dive, and saw amazing aquatic life, (barracudas, nudibranchs, moray eels etc). Would recommend Blue Dive???? – via

My first dive in Menorca and the most restless diving experience so far.

Good:
– gear in good condition
– location: easy access to wonderful sites by van and boat
– marine reserve: rock formations, tiny plants, variety of marine life
– overall friendly people

Not so good
– all very rushed, as if we’re on a timeline; put things on, get stuff there, take things back, etc. Where’s the joy and awareness of the deep experience?
– little, or next to none attention regarding the diver’s needs and preferences, mostly following procedure without realising that the dive starts way before we’re in the water and we should establish contact and trust first.
– late first inquiry about air level: at half the tank. Not that anything wrong happened but making sure that everyone is good on air seems an obvious thing to check frequently regardless of the divers’ level

I picked this place mostly because of the location: marine reserve and close to my place. Overall good experience, beautiful sites, underwater mountains and passages with flora,
Baby nodybranch and many fish. I would recommend it if you want to explore this area specifically or of you’re beginning your diving experience. If you’re looking for something deep, and high standards, do more in-depth research before choosing your diving partner
in Menorca. – via
