Tan solo pongo 3 ?? y no porque la inmersión fuera mala, de hecho tuvimos una inmersión bastante buena a pesar de que hubo mucha corriente bajo agua. Vimos muchas especies, morena, sepia, algún que otro nudibranquios e infinidad de peces varios.
El material para bucear sin quejas.

La atención del personal fue muy buena, pero solo la atención ya que eramos 4 personas, pagamos 236 euros (59 euros por persona) y fuimos nosotros quien tuvimos que llevar el equipo al barco y a la vuelta nosotros endulzar el equipo en la misma ducha (en un pasillo y solo una) en la que se enjuagan los clientes (en otros clubes que hemos buceado aquí en Tenerife, el cliente paga por bucear, no por transportar y endulzar equipo).

No dispone de vestuarios donde podemos cambiarnos de ropa y duchar. Tuvimos que hacerlo en un pasillo por el que pasaba gente, cero intimidad.

We booked two dives for today. We have done boatdives before, the most recent being four months ago in the Netherlands.
The intake was good, the guide looked nice and patient when we filled out our forms. Equipment looked really good. The second guide even guessed my lead perfectly.
But everything went downhill when we left the harbour. There were a lot of waves and the boat was going everywhere. I was afraid to fall with every hit the boat took. I was near a panic attack when we arrived at the spot. Our guide asked if I still wanted to dive, but I had to decide now because she would get hot in her drysuit. I wanted to get away from that boat as soon as possible. So I went in, knowing the cold water would calm me down. While waiting for my buddy at the bottom (he has troubles with his ears sometimes) I started throwing up before I could calm myself down a bit. Using half of my air in the process. We did a short dive for my standard, but expected with what happened. After getting to the surface I started throwing up again. When I finally got it (the throwing up) out of my system we got back on board.
The journey back was short, and I was still not recovered when we were in the harbour. The other (male) guide cleaned and carried the equipment back to the center, which I really appreciated. They gave me the advice to take pills for seasickness, but I already took Dramamine as a precaution. It had nothing to do with seasickness but with the fact that I was scared for my life with the boat going so fast against the waves.

My buddy asked for a refund for our second dive, to which the answer was no. We could dive another day if we wanted, but no money back. Other divers rescheduled their second dive for the day after tomorrow, but we fly back home on that day.

The reasons for the three stars is 1. No money back and 2. that everything felt rushed as soon as we were on board. The boat ride was quick. We had to go in the water quick, had to go under water quick. That is not how I have dived before, more used to going with the flow. I know I would have enjoyed the dive if I was allowed to take it a bit slower, and would have done the second dive on the same day. I’m not that experienced yet. This was my 27th dive (first on Tenerife), so maybe I was lucky until now. At least I learned how to throw up in my regulator. – via google

Je suis venue avec ma famille pour faire ma première sortie de plongée et c’était une expérience tout simplement formidable ! Nos monitrices étaient extrêmement gentilles et compréhensives et nous ont emmené dans des endroit magnifiques?? Sheila et Angela ont réussi à nous faire vivre une expérience extraordinaire à travers leur passion. Elles ont expliquée les consignes très clairement et nous ont accompagné dans chaque étapes de la plongée en vérifiant si tout ce passait bien. De plus les tarifs sont plus que raisonnables ! Je vous recommande vivement ce centre où la convivialité et la bonne humeur sont au rendez-vous ?? – via google

Expérience incroyable ! Les deux guides étaient passionnées par ce qu’elles faisaient et nous ont fait découvrir la faune et la flore marine proche des côtes de Los Gigantes. Je remercie donc Angela et Sheila pour leurs conseils avisés et des indications claires pour avoir profité de leur expérience sous l’eau ce qui m’a permis de pleinement apprécier ma première plongée avec bouteilles. Had many dives with this dive centre and they never disappoint, the rib is a fast safe ride to the dive site and the expert dive team make you feel safe and confident.
The sealife is abundant and they have quite a few sites of differing depths to suit your level of dive proficiency, even a “wreck” that is just the bones of an old wreck but still I can lay claim that I’ve dived a wreck.
Prices for a dive are very reasonable so I will be visiting again the next time I come to Tenerife. – via google

I did 4 dives on an open water diver level with Angela and Dave as instructors and had very pleasant experiences. They were both informed about my previous diving experiences and saw to that I was fully confident and prepared with and for my dives. The locations were great, especially the encounter with two beautiful Manta rays! It felt very safe diving with Dave and Angela. One crew member stayed on deck and helped prepare and organize the dives and was very helpful and friendly as well. The team at the dive shop was superb also! I will be back! – via google
