I don’t normally write reviews but felt compelled to in this case.
I paid for two guided dives plus kit hire with this team in July 2023 and I have nothing but positive things to say about them.
I ended up being the only paying customer diving alongside an instructor and three divemaster interns. I was initially nervous when I arrived at the shop and immediately realised everyone knew each other but they were all so friendly I was quickly put at ease.
The kit hire process was smooth and easy and it was all good quality. Time was taken in the shop to make sure I was borrowing good fitting gear.
The dives were both at Crab Quay which was a beautiful site with beautiful kelp, jellyfish, crabs and fish.
To summarise: I would massively recommend diving with this company and have booked to visit them again in September. – via google

Brilliant team, some really friendly chatty staff.

Easy communication – before the dive & during.

Tank fills & hire available.

Did two dives at silver steps dive site and the guide pointed out all of the animals and u boats and gave plenty of time to take every thing in and get some pics!

Would recommend these guys for a guided dive.

Great shop with great advice – we bought a pair of cressi fins for me (nightmare to buy online) and a good wod of dive weights – again these are a minefield trying to buy online for a pair of newbies. We tried here on the off chance they stocked gear and they do! Everything from fins to snorkelling sets and spear guns – even proper suits. The lady who helped us was very friendly and knowledgable – will be booking some free diving training when we get the chance. – via google

Having dived a few times at the beginning of the year with the team at Cornish Diving, I was very excited to get back into the water post-lockdown.

I cannot commend the team highly enough. Their professionalism was very impressive and the measures taken to create a safe environment due to Covid-19 was very comforting. I have now had a couple of dives with the team and loved every one of them. The diving is made all the better by the staff and their sense of excitement for the water which is highly infectious.

I cannot wait to dive again with the Cornish Diving Centre! – via google

Having dived a few times at the beginning of the year with the team at Cornish Diving, I was very excited to get back into the water post-lockdown.

Be cautious with this crowd.
Came to Falmouth on holiday (we live in Essex) booked a sea dive with them over the phone. Was not given any info prior so the day before the planned dive called up to ask what we needed to do meet etc and was told the days diving had been cancelled due to the weather, fair enough no ones fault. Was asked if we wanted to do it another time so I again explained we was down on holiday and was going home in a couple of days, no problem we thought until we was told they don’t do refunds! I explained it was not us that cancelled the dives but then due to the weather, but was told flatly no refunds only a credit to use for another time. That’s no good for us we don’t live in Cornwall!!! Was told it’s in their terms and conditions on their web site. I again explained we did not book through the website but over the phone but still, no refunds! Having a look on their terms on the website it only tells of courses booked nothing to do with guided dives!
Going to have to take them to small claims court now to get my money back!
Very poor show would definitely avoid these people! – via google
