Amazing experience!! We have never scuba dived before and we booked a few days in advance. My daughter is 9 years old so she could only reach two meters during the dive and I decided to join her and leave my husband to do the deeper exploration.The instructor explained to us all we had to know very clearly. We were accompanied by two instructors in the water. During the dive we saw a lot of fish and at some point we could not believe that in front of us there was a huge turtle. Absolutely amazing! We stayed at a distance so to not scare her and the instructors took some photos and videos. When we finished my daughter couldn’t stop talking about this great experience. She can’t wait to go back this summer and do more dives. Excellent team and so much fun! Thank you so much and can’t wait to go back! – via

Si vous envisagez de travailler avec ce très cher Panos, malgré ce qu’il vous promettra :
– vous n’aurez pas de contrat de travail.
– vous travaillerez jusqu’à 20 jours d’affilée sans repos.
-vous travaillerez jusqu’à 8pm tous les jours, sans heure supplémentaires payées.
– vous ne ferez pas le briefing de vos groupes de plongeurs.
– vous creuserez des tranchées sur la plage les jours de pluie.
– vous passerez votre temps à faire le ménage, et surtout des toilettes.
– vous travaillerez avec la personne la plus mysogine et mégalo que j’ai jamais rencontré dans ma vie.
– vous ne choisirez pas les poids de vos plongeurs, il le fait lui même sans être dans l’eau, et tout le monde est surlesté.
– les DSD se font selon les règles du patron (tout le monde en flottabilité négative en train de ramper sur le sol, vous aurez l’obligation de prendre photos et vidéos à chaque plongée,de nourrir les poissons à chaque plongée avec des bouteilles de plastique remplies de pain)
Mais il faut l’écouter, il est ” numéro 1 en europe de DSD et le numéro 2 est très loin derrière lui”
-les standards PADI n’existent pas dans ce shop.
-vous réparerez des transats, parasols et autres…
– si on vous promet un hébergement seul, c’est impossible parce qu’il n’en dispose pas.
– si vous êtes un couple et qu’on vous promet votre jour de repos ensemble, n’y croyez pas, on vous traitera de menteurs une fois sur place.
– ils se vantent de la bonne communication et de l’organisation, mais c’est une blague.
– les plongées ne sont pas très intéressantes mais c’est un détail.
– il est quasiment interdit de discuter avec les clients après les plongées parce qu’on n’a pas le temps, et qu’il faut enchaîner très vite.
– si vous êtes malade ou avez un problème d’oreille, vous ne serez pas payé !
– 14 instructeurs pour un aussi petit shop en dit long sur l’activité qui vous attend là-bas !
– il passera son temps à vous rabaisser, jusqu’à faire pleurer ses employés.

Bref, passez votre chemin, instructeur, Divemaster ou client. C’est une usine, loin du petit club familial qu’on vous annonce lors de l’entretien d’embauche.
Les conditions de travail sont inhumaines, même pour la Grèce !
Le charmant propriétaire trouvera sûrement de quoi redire à ce commentaire, mais n’hésitez pas à entrer en contact avec moi, et je vous donnerai le numéro de tous les instructeurs et instructrices qui ont démissionné de là bas !
Il se fout des démissions, puisque d’années en années, personne ne revient et qu’il trouve toujours des gens pour venir travailler.
La première démission de ma vie, et je ne regrette absolument pas ce choix ! – via

Oltre alla comodità che di fianco c’è il bar, il ristorante dove si mangia molto bene e una bellissima spiaggia attrezzata, tutti gestiti dal Diving. Veramente spettacolare. – via

Booking on-line and via email from home was easy, and the pricing for the dive very competitive. My wife was offered a refresher course before our dive because she had no recent dives in her log – safety first – and in the end, in the interest of time she was given the opportunity to do a snorkel dive with dive instructor while I was joining the wreck dive group. Excellent dive briefing. The Marianna wreck was awesome, and we had 100’+ visibility.
Bonus: before the end of day we were emailed a zip file with wonderful pics and videos of our dive, compliments of Blue Fin Divers!
Heads up: The dive shop is located in Agia Anna, about 20 minutes south of Chora; we were picked up at pur hotel free of charge, but had to get back on our own (no surprise, we were informed of this at time of booking) but with buses every 2 hours only we were left with the option to walk back (2 hours) or get a cab (20€)…

I had the spontaneous opportunity to do my PADI OWD License at Blue Fin Divers at Naxos.
It was so good to have a one to one “treatment” to enter the world of diving. Dimi, my instructor, explained all very very good and gave me the perfect knowledge and consciousness to practice all the skills immediately. The diving centre was perfectly flexible to adjust the lessons to my Naxos work schedule. For sure the equipment was perfect too. The best was that I had my last 2 dives for the OWD brevet, on really mind blowing dive sites, the Marianna Shipwreck and the Lighthouse reef. We had 20 m visibility and I immediately had the feeling I was part of Jaque Cousteau movie. Hugo and Sam, the other instructors, were a perfect team, to explain more practical skills for boat dives. It was such a good experience to learn with blue fin diving, that I hope to have my Naxos job next year again, to continue my diving career in this diving center. Thank you so much for opening my mind!!!! – via

We did a dsd dive, with James, Rodrigo and Dimitris (my apologies if the spelling IS wrong). The briefing gave the tune of the dive : all about safety and fun. I would recommend to everyone to go there. The shore spot is nice, great visibility.

It was my first scuba diving experience and it was life changing. The team here was great to work with including: scheduling the dives to the theoretical and hands-on instruction. We saw fish, sea turtles, ancient pottery and so much more. It was such a special experience and I will be forever grateful to everyone I met here.
