Jurgen and his team (Emma and Christian) were phenomenal and we would highly recommend this dive shop. The prices are reasonable, the communication is clear and helpful, and most importantly it was a really positive and safe diving experience. My partner did his first dive with the team and had a great time! They even recommended a local spot for lunch which was tasty and about 250 Dominican pesos each and a great way to celebrate a dive.

What was extra special was that photos of the dive were included and sent promptly electronically after the dive. So many places try to upsell this and so we were pleasantly surprised when this was included.

I can’t overstate how special of a dive shop this is. Every single member went above and beyond when my wife and I got the advanced diver certification here. We dove on my wife’s birthday, Juergen brought a cake in, Andy brought in his home grown lemons, and our gracious, spectacular dive guide Ema brought a balloon and a placard saying ‘happy birthday’ under water to surprise my wife during the dive. This is one of the best dive shops that I have been to. Their team is exceptionally professional and knowledgeable. I felt incredibly safe with their guides on a two-tank dave trip. In addition to their professionalism, everyone we met was patient, kind, helpful, fun, and witty. We laughed a lot , which helped with some of my pre-dive nerves. The divemaster told me to jump into the water and another boat almost backed up into me. Apparently this happens to them periodically. I would avoid this company at all costs!
