Such an amazing 6 night holiday. The location , the food, the kids club, the pools, the snorkelling all fantastic.
What sets this place as a 5 star review is the staff. Too many legends to name. We love you Malolo and are already planning our next visit (sitting in the airport departure lounge as we write this).

We stayed for a week with our baby & toddler and we cried on our last day! Lovely staff, we never heard a ‘no’ from them, they were nice to our girls and it all felt more like staying with a family than at a hotel.

A place to relax, with its own pace and beauty. Snorkeling, kayaks, plenty of colorful fish crabs babysharks and rays to observe for kids. Hammocks under the trees to relax, airy rooms kept clean twice a day by lovely staff.

At first it seems like a sleepy place but plenty of activities are happening, from dances and torch lighting to kava ceremony and lots of singing.

If you are after a special holiday that is one of a kind, go Malolo 🙂 – via google

Worst experience ever! Not recommended at all!!! Not even 1 star worth it… Snorkel tour to Great Barrier Reef that should have never taken place. We were scared to death and worried about our lives. Waves were so high, everybody vomitting on the boat, crew were laughing and making fun of the tourists. Elderly man could not hold on to the ship’s rail, fell against it and hurt his head severely, could have been even dead.
Even after our direct complaining and refund request, more than half a year later still no refund or even a final answer. Very poor service! Stay away from this company with very bad behaviour and attitude!!!

Update: After having received an answer below from the provider, it is interesting to see that with no word is taken care of our original refund request and that we were not provided with a final answer, NOT even after 6 months!!! What else do I have to say!

Would not have been possible if it was not for our instructor Solo.
I was super nervous, but Solo held my hand (literally) and took me on an underwater adventure.
