I wanted to buy snorkeling gear in person so I could make sure it fit instead of ordering online. I told them I was willing to spend more to get gear that fit. They seemed a bit impatient and didn’t care if I bought the cheapest or most expensive stuff. The mask that “fit” based on their test did not work for me. The seal didn’t hold, so I had to keep it so tight that it hurt for any attempt at a seal. The fins that they said fit well were slightly uncomfortable in short practice swims. The fins completely destroyed my feet with open wounds despite wearing socks with them during my trip (after 2 days of them hurting). I don’t know if they don’t know how to fit equipment or just don’t care, but I definitely do not recommend them. – via google

The process from beginning till the end was good. Good instructors and they make you feel safe. The one problem or even one person of the staff was unprofessional and start to grumble “fu..ing russians”. He said several times and my husband couldn’t just let it go and said yes we speak Russian stop it. We are not Russians I’m Uzbek my husband is Armenian and the language we both speak is Russian. After all skydive excitement we left very frustrated. We stand for peace in the world. Please don’t talk political topics with your customers. We won’t back there anymore – via google

If I could give zero stars, I would. I wanted to get my CO2 canister refilled, and I was patronized for it. When I asked for a CO2 refill, the gentleman was disgusted in filling a kegerator sized canister. A zero star is warranted because their customer service was judgmental, and the employee stated my request “was for degenerates.” I hope the owener responds because it was borderline pathetic in how they treated me. – via google
