Whenever we met in the area of the base, they had a kind word or a kind question, so no one felt left out. They were ready to help with our changes.
If it could be solved – and they tried to make it possible – they could also provide individual supervision during the dives. (Of course, only the more clumsy ones needed this, like me.) When there was a change of instructor (exceptionally), the instructor shared all the information in a minute, which you need to pay attention to. Be it an earache, clumsiness, or whatever. That way we could feel safe all the time.
They helped to resolve fear and uncertainty.
These 3 days were really a good experience. Thanks to the whole team.

Az egész csapat segítőkész, kedves. Az összes lüke (kezdő) kérdésünkre válaszoltak. Minden egyes gyakorlatot többször elmondtak, bemutattak türelmesen. A merülések során valóban biztonságban éreztem magam. Rengeteget segítettek, egyénileg is. Meglehetősen szigorúan vették, hogy mindenki megcsinálja az összes feladatot, ha nem ment, akkor akár többször is, de segítettek, pont annyit, amennyire szükség volt. Támogatóak voltak, rengeteget dicsértek. Bármikor találkoztunk a bázis területén, volt egy jó szavuk, kedves kérdésük, így senki nem érezte magát kirekesztve. A változtatásainkhoz szolgálatkészen álltak.
Amennyiben meg lehetett oldani – és törekedtek, hogy lehessen -, a merülések során egyéni felügyeletet is tudtak biztosítani. (Persze csak az ügyetlenebbeknek volt erre szükségük, mint nekem is.) Mikor oktatócsere történt (kivételesen), minden információt egy perc alatt megosztott az oktató, amire figyelni kell. Legyen az fülfájás, ügyetlenség, vagy bármi. Így folyamatosan biztonságban érezhettük magunkat.
Segítettek a félelmet, bizonytalanságot oldani.
