The location is located near the airport, yet it isn’t noisy. The property is on the style of a resort, prepare for a lot of walking depending on your room location. The rooms are standard size. If you’re on the first floor, you will have a sliding doors with chairs. There’s a restaurant onsite. There’s a water taxi available to take you to Klein, and the cost is $25. There’s a supermarket near the hotel, and it’s approximately 10 minutes from the main downtown area. – via google

Sin duda el mejor hotel de la isla.
Dotado con 140 habitaciones.
Un excelente restaurante, piscina infinita.
Espacioso Lobby con dos salones de eventos integrables. Minimarket y gimnasio.
La atención es esmerada.
Cuenta además con un Dive Center desde donde pueden ir a los spots de buceo de la isla.

This is not a dive resort. It’s a hotel with other dive shops around. Don’t expect breakfast if you’re a Marriott member as they offloaded the restaurant to a third party and are no longer required to provide it. There are always mosquitoes in the room. They use flat sheets on the mattress that don’t seem big enough and you often have an exposed mattress in the morning. – via google

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad op dit mooi gekleurde resort; ruime kamer met mogelijkheid om buiten te zitten, heerlijk zwembad (incl. leguanen rondom), gevarieerd ontbijt op mooi overdekt terras en overal heel aardig en behulpzaam personeel (bedankt Finn)!
Een paar minpuntjes waren: een slechte ervaring met het diner maar dit werd redelijk opgelost en 1x een onvoldoende schoonmaakbeurt (die overigens wel maar 1x per 2 dagen is) wat op zich niet zo heel erg is maar bij een minder goede schoonmaak wel. Daarnaast kan de samenwerking/overzicht/aansturing bij het restaurant wel iets beter: hoewel behulpzaam kwam het meerdere keren voor dat het lang duurde voordat koffie of omelet kwam (of het kwam niet). – via google

Een vakantie voor twee weken geboekt na eerdere goede ervaringen met dit hotel. Helaas is de service in dit hotel niet meer wat het was. Het hotel opzich is ok, locatie is prima, echter de service bij het restaurant is om te huilen. Bediening heeft of geen ervaring of geen zin. Als je koffie besteld komt het niet of er wordt iets neergezet wat niet is besteld. Een half uur wachten op een eitje is geen uitzondering. Als dit zou komen omdat het hotel vol zit, dan snap ik het, er zijn echter weinig gasten. Verder is het zwembad en alles eromheen vies.

Edit: na het schrijven van deze review is de manager van het restaurant naar ons toegekomen en heeft zijn verontschuldigen aangeboden en ons beloofd dat het beter zal gaan in de komende week. Door een recente overname van het restaurant gaan er nog dingen fout. Tevens kregen we een aantal vouchers voor drankjes, wat zeer wordt gewaardeerd. – via google

Heerlijk hotel met mooi zwembad, uitkijkend over de zee die landinwaarts trekt. Kamers zijn prima, alleen lastig om natte zwemspullen te laten drogen + weinig opbergruimte. Tevens ook geen mogelijkheid om te kunnen omkleden/opfrissen als je een late vlucht hebt. Voor €250 per nacht zou je dit wel verwachten. Afgezien van dit, heerlijk hotel. Ontbijt is trouwens aan de dure kant, zou adviseren om langs het strand te ontbijten. Goedkoper en ook nog meer variatie! – via google
