To be honest I didn’t like this hotel.Am disappointed.
To start with the front office staff I thank most who were patient and friendly but there was one specific man who was rude to the extent it felt as an abuse after I wanted to renew the room key.
The service is weird ..you wait almost an hour for food. Some of the staff are lazy when you ask for a food one staff will tell you there is no when you as another they say there is ????. Really not good guys.
And calling someone in the morning as if your chasing them away….really not good .
They are not cleaning the tables.
The drinks and food some not even cooked well.. really check on that.
The bathrooms in the rooms really I found no toothbrush no shower gel and no shampoo honestly shuhaadaaaa!!!!!

I’m very disappointed, the service is horrible, the food and drinks in all the restaurants is very bad and the main restaurant has terrible service, I stayed at the hotel for a week and every day when I arrived at the restaurant they hadn’t cleaned any of the tables where other people had finished eating, we had to eat at the dirty table or clean it ourselves. Employees do not have any instructions from superior management in all the places there. Disappointed experience, I wanted to relax with my family but I just had stress from the time i arrived till the day I left. – via

Our voyage aboard the Sun Odyssey was a resounding success for our party of 11, comprising 6 adults and 5 children. Right from our initial interactions with Sarah, it was evident that our decision to book with them was on the mark. Our seasoned and knowledgeable captain, Juan, guided us along the enchanting Mallorcan coastline, punctuating our journey with visits to secluded havens for refreshing swims. During these halts, Juan treated us to tasty Mallorcan snacks and delicious wines, showcasing his expertise in hospitality. The entire day at sea was a delight, and this sentiment was shared by all, especially the little ones among us. Our heartfelt gratitude to Sarah and Juan for curating such a remarkable experience.
