We recently had the most amazing experience at Harbour Club Villas & Marina, and I cannot express how wonderful our stay was! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service that set the tone for a truly unforgettable vacation.

The Villas are a hidden gym. Our room was not only cozy and comfortable but also had breathtaking views of Flamingo Lake.

Marta, Barry and Michael went above and beyond to ensure our every need was met. They were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with a genuine willingness to make our stay exceptional. They were so great at suggesting local activities and their recommendations added so much value to our trip.

Overall, our stay exceeded all expectations. If you’re looking for a slice of paradise with exceptional service, look no further – Harbour Club Villas & Marina deserves every one of its five stars! – via

I loved my stay at the Harbour Club Villas. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The resort is has a traditional Caribbean style with terracotta colours and some lovely historical artifacts displayed around the pool and the tiki hut outdoor areas. The location provides a beautiful morning view with Flamingo Lake on one side and the South Side Marina on the other. The hosts Marta and Barry are the most interesting and charming couple who provided such a warm welcome. The grocery supermarket is just a few minutes drive away and it is also just a few minutes to Turtle Tail which has the most spectacular viewpoints of the Caicos Banks and a couple of little hidden secluded beaches to enjoy I thoroughly recommend the Harbour Club for a relaxing and comfortable base for a visit to Providenciales – via

My girlfriend Dionne and I are new divers certified in Puerto Vallarta last year and after speaking with Stephanie about diving she recommended taking a refresher before our trip to make the most of the dives when with them. We were able to accomplish the refresher 3 days before arriving and our refresher instructor contacted Stephanie with Aqua TCI about our completion and skill level. Stephanie contacted me via email and also phone calls about booking a Private Instructor to dive along with the two of us for an additional fee. Dionne and I thought the additional money was well worth it in order to fully enjoy and have an added layer of support without holding up the rest of the boat.

We dove with Mauro on Tuesday and Stephanie on Thursday the individual attention, guidance, explanation, support, cheerleading and leading of our dives was priceless. Dionne was able to move at her pace entering, descending and moving throughout our dives with our personal Private Instructor. We were completely happy with their instruction of the dive computer they provided and how to prepare a new mask for diving the first time using Softscrub we purchased a new mask on the trip after discovering Dionne’s current mask was a poor fit causing it to leak slowly.

The boat was great, the gear was well cared for, the service provided by the team at Aqua TCI on the boat was very personable and the sights were incredible. Over the two days and four dives we observed reef sharks, sea turtles, octopus, eagle rays, stingray, eels, barracuda and so many other fish in the water. On Thursday we could hear whales in the distance never actually seeing them, yet hearing them was another sense altogether. The waters of West Caicos were warm and clear being able to see the sea floor 60-80 feet below upon entering the water.

We made sure to thank Bill who Captained on Thursday, Stephanie who guided us and Matt who made sure I didn’t leave without our 3 day old GoPro 11 Black I had left in the freshwater rinse cooler. Mauro on Tuesday was a great ambassador of Aqua TCI and Art who Captained Tuesday was everything you imagine a dive boat Captain to be. We made sure to have cash for our tip both days and trust me they earn all of it and more preparing the boat mornings, running us out to locations, mooring the boat, assisting the guest with gear and getting them into the water, diving with us and then doing it all in reverse. It is a long day for these crews so take care of them well before you pick up and leave.

Our time was indescribable and while this review is long it hardly captures how amazing this experience with Aqua TCI was for us. We were happy to purchase some rash guard shirts that are spf50 to as a souvenir. Thank you again for an unforgettable time on and under the water. – via

Aqua Tci definitely lives up to their 5 star rating. I’ve been diving on and off for over 20 years and it was definitely the best diving experience I’ve ever had. We will definitely be diving with them the next time we are on the island. – via

This was my first scuba dive trip post certification. I went with 4 other more experienced divers and Aqua TCi was absolutely fantastic! Great for beginners and more advanced divers. They had all of our gear set up and ready on the boat morning of the dives. They were also readily available to help us with transitions between dives if needed. Great dive sites and even better guides. Ali in particular was fun, knowledgable, and a joy to work with. I could not recommend them enough. – via

Had 2 fantastic days diving with Aqua TCI, and absolutely recommend them. It was a great experience. The boats and equipment were all top notch and ready, the trips were varied, and the staff was fantastic – caring, helpful, safety-focused and ready to answer any questions. The captains and divers on staff are absolutely stellar and happy to help answer questions, teach techniques, and give advice. I especially love that they send pictures after your dive, since not all of us have underwater cameras! Would definitely dive with them again, I sure hope I do! – via
