We booked a 2 Cenotes dive package for “The Pit” and “Carwash”, and despite them not being usually coupled together, Koox went the extra mile and did it for us. The dives were everything we hoped for and more, exceeding our expectations, mostly thanks to Victor, our diving guide, who was the most professional and courteous guide you can ask for. Especially on any of the bigger trips, I wouldn’t trust these guys. The owner still owes me $2500 for a revillagigedo trip that fell through, and hasn’t responded to me in months after agreeing to a plan for the refund.
On top of that, I had a dive master here let me run out of air twice, despite signaling multiple times that I was low & needed to start the safety stops. They just signaled okay, and swam away from me.
Overall impression is the staff is very friendly, but the owner will screw you over if he needs to, and I won’t trust them with my life again. – via

War heute mit dem Tauchshop tauchen in der Cenote dos ojos. 2 Tauchgänge von etwa 8:15 bis 13:15 inklusive Anreise. Es hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Das gesamte Personal ist super nett und der dive instructor war einfach nur top. Wir waren eine Gruppe von drei Tauchern und ihm und hatten teile der Höhle für uns alleine, da wir früh an der cenote waren. Alles in allem ein super Tauchcenter, das ich immer weiter empfehlen würde. Termin ging super spontan über WhatsApp und alle sprechen gutes Englisch. – via

The cenotes were amazing – we dove El Pit and Dos Ojos (the bat cave route), both beautiful, both great dives, and Antoine knew his way around really well, which was especially great in El Pit since that one doesn’t have a set route. – via

I haven’t bothered to count how many countries I have dove in, included in that list is chuuk lagoon, Palau, Guam, Roja Ampart (Indonesia) Philippines, Thailand, Red Sea, Great Barrier Reef &… I have been a PADI instructor since the early 80’s . I thoroughly enjoyed everything from the minute I walked in the Koox Diving until I shook hands with Victor, my Dive guy and thank him for my wonderful dived (s) next time I come back I am going to bring friends/family so I can share the experience with those I love. – via

Super expérience with Lupa as instructor for my first dive ever !

– 1st dive in Casa Cenote with the crocodile (which was not there today unfortunately). Around 1h of dice
Then 2nd dive into the sea during 45mn to see the coral reef.

My partner and I visited Tulum and found Koox Diving through Google. We went off the reviews and couldn’t be happier with our experience.
Victor led us around 4 different Cenotes over 2 days.
The quality of the dives was excellent, crystal clear water and unbelievable rock formations.
We loved it and highly recommend the Koox to anyone looking to dive in Tulum.

Best dive ive ever had!
Firstly, the owner and instructors speak excellent english. Their knowlege of the area, the equipment and the dive mechanics are unparalleled to any other ive ever experienced. Carlos (our instructor) was very intelligent, charismatic and made us feel safe. We left the Dos Ojos with a life changing experience and will definitely be returning to the same dive shop. Every step of the process was made easy for us and we now have a better understanding of the cenotes and the history surrounding them. Thank you Koox Diving for everything! Cant wait to see yall again.

We booked the night dives with the corocodile. Our guide did a great job in making us feel safe and trying to find the corocodile.unforzunatley we were not lucky..but that’s nature. I wrote Knox diving to ask if they could make us a good offer for a second tr (as I really wanted to see it). They were super nice and made it for us possible to go diving again.thank you – via

I went on two dives with those guys so far and had a blast. First I went with Carlos and Lucas to Casa Cenote and Dos Ojos and today with Juan-Carlos to Cozumel. Both tours were out of this world and the guys are easy going, caring and very likable. A pleasure to spend a day with them. Highly recommended. – via
