Great place to buy dive gear! I went as a new diver and Luis helped me a lot to pick up just the gear i needed. Scott, the manager is great and responded to my calls as i was travelling from abroad so i knew they had what i might need. – via

Divers Direct Miami is a frustrating place that I will stay away from. They are under staffed with less than slightly knowledgable sales personnel, they are unprofessional and make me question if they have ever tried scuba diving themselves… Take your scuba gear repairs elsewhere – via

Costumer service the worst!! They only take care of you went you go to the store to spend money.. I left a sunto watch for batery replace they told me that is not gonna be for more than a week.. Its been more than a month a now they are telling me that they call me a couple times for make my payments thats why they didint send the watch.. Its not true… The watch was misplace. – via
