I would sincerely give 5 stars, but I have to deduct a point for lack of hot water and water pressure in the shower,, as in none. Owners are always around to share their experiences.. All Good. Staff very friendly. Meals are great. Unknowing about the cleaning of the water tanks keeping the water pressure down,,, I can give this a 5 star. – via google

We loved this place. The huts and grounds are very well maintained and there are two pools – a training pool and a large swimming pool. We particularly liked the bar area which was most convivial. Food was good and fairly priced. Breakfast was the usual eggs toast etc with very good coffee.

The dive operation was professional and friendly. Rental gear was good too. Our dives in Apo and from the beach were fantastic. Our dive guide, Nhoe, was brilliant.

The only downside is that it isolated and without transport you are trapped. Also, the beach is not the best being quite rocky so I don’t think they normally bring their boats there but instead truck you to a nearly location to board the dive boat.

Avis très mitigé sur cet hôtel. Les cottages sont très beaux tout comme la piscine et le jardin. C est magnifique. En revanche, l hôtel est loin de tout donc obligation de manger à l hôtel le soir à moins de prévoir un taxi. Le petit déjeuner est franchement décevant et ne débute qu à 8h. En cas de départ tôt, on vous prépare un sandwich aux oeufs…pas d autres choix même pas un jus de fruit. Un ressenti plutôt négatif dans l ensemble. C est dommage. – via google

During my 8 days of stay, I completed my AOW and enhanced air training with my instructor Cyra. I learned a lot from her. It’s a cozy and friendly dive resort. The staff were very helpful and tried their best to accommodate our needs and diving wish list. Our dive guides are very good with spotting micros. I enjoyed and felt like home. – via google

A great dive resort
Friendly staff took care of me.
Great communication with Zoe for any question I had before booking a PADI course and accommodation.
The resort offers pickup and drop off from the airport which helped ease some troubles going to and from the resort.
Front desk was also able to arrange a tricycle so I could run errands and pick up souvenirs from Dumaguete City.
Fantastic dive instructor Darwin, highly recommend!

Rainier, the manager, is fun and sincere… overall, amazing person! I also did a CrossFit session with him, and he was a excellent motivator.

I will definitely go back.
This resort was a great place to stay at. They had an amazing staff, they were helpful and resourceful. The service was spectacular.
Location: Their bungalows are clean and the beds were comfortable. They were renovating some of the bathroom, we book two rooms, one had a newer bathroom and the other one doesn’t. The beach is right outside of our rooms.
Its definitely not close to the city so you’ll have to take transportation into the city or to the ports
They have airport shuttle but you can take a tricycle (its much cheaper) to the place, it is very well know. Its about 30-45 minutes of travel.

Services:
They cleaned the rooms everyday so it was great having fresh sheets after a long day of exploring.
Went scuba diving, the Dive masters were great.

We had such a great time there. Our room looked over the ocean and it was wonderful to watch the fabulous sunrises, with a coffee, from our deck. We spent 10 days at Liquid and unfortunately we are not really happy. Regarding diving there are ups and downs. The dive guides (Adrian and Alex) and instructor (Justice) are outstanding and do a great job and are extremely nice and accommodating. On my second dive my rental equipment failed (air supply) and we had to go back to the boat. Unfortunately the crew couldn’t get the boat started and pick us up in open water. After getting to the boat against the current, we had to swim ashore as the engine couldn’t be started for another hour. What annoyed me a lot is that the crew didn’t have a cell phone with them. If something bad had happened, it could have ended badly. That really left me speechless as I was already shocked after I had the first time failing gear. The facility itself is pretty and well maintained, the rooms appropriate for a 2 star hotel. The hot water is drawn directly from a hot spring. This is certainly resource-saving and ecologically valuable, for brushing teeth or washing equipment really not good. There would have to be an alternative for the diving equipment that so certainly takes damage. The food is very average but expensive and very small portions. Like many other guests, we ate in other locations in the area. But you need a scooter or trike because everything is relatively far away. But what really annoyed me was the absolutely indefensible use of the emergency contact. There was some internal problem with the distribution of our tip. Since I was not available (on the plane) they simply tried to reach my emergency contact (my mother in Europe) several times. Due to the time difference, she was called about 5 times in the middle of the night and asked if she knew me. Due to connection problems, no conversation could take place and my mother almost died of fear that something bad had happened. Absolute no-go! – via google

We stayed as we are divers as well- but the place is beautiful and open to non divers as well. The dives were incredible- i highly recommend “Bonnets” if you loveeeee octopuses, and pier north was the most dreamy, gorgeous dive i have been on.
Food wise, order the dumaguete express for smth local or the quesadillas- so yummy.
The hotel uses the natural hot springs for water, hence expect it not to be plain water you shower with but it didnt bother us, no issues w showering etc.

I would like to express my experience during our stay at liquid Dumaguete resort. There staff’s were friendly. But we are not happy about the cleanliness of the room at the resort mostly the restroom it’s too untidy and I ask one of there staff to at least to clean because I had my baby with me but no one attained our needs. I got ignored .Then we use the sharing toilet outside the restaurant it’s more worst, the whole bowl of the toilet is covered with yellow stain and electric wires are on the floor.
And one last thing I would like to share. When you are going to check out double check your bills you might ended up paying extra money for the food you ordered. In my case ,4 items were added to our bill.
