We took this Great Barrier Reef trip in mid February, weather was nice.
Crew staff were super helpful and nice, any questions you asked they hadtime to explain.
We saw sharks from the semi submersible boat, the guided coral reef tour was worth the money for seeing sharks, different sea creatures. My family enjoyed the snorkeling activity with the extra payment.
Cruise ran on time.
Only negative side was the buffet food, the hot buffet items were not very delicious. They may need to improve food taste, had plenty of fruits choice. – via

I traveled to Green Island March 2024 and it was so-so. Green Island is a popular spot for tourists like myself and last time I traveled to Cairns I went to Fitzroy so this time I wanted to try out a different island. I’m more of an island gal compared to traveling far out on the reef. It’s nice to have the option to lay on a beach while also being able to snorkel. Snorkeling here is definitely better than at Fitzroy. Although Fitzroy is better for hiking. Just depends on what you want! Check-in is easy but I would suggest getting to the terminal 45 minutes before departure because the line can run long and so you can get settled in the boat with the coffee and tea that’s offered. There were also rough seas when traveling out on the 8:30 boat but it improved for the 2:30 return trip. This timeframe was perfect for my needs. Sitting in the back of the boat is also better than up front! I didn’t like how the crew was constantly upselling reef activities while on the boat out. Most of this seems like a cash grab and while I did have a good day on the island and snorkeling the price could have overall been less than what you get…but hard to avoid. – via

This operation has the potential to be great, but it’s a cattle car at a private yacht price. 240 people on our boat. People putting bags on seats and despite people standing, the staff does nothing to help people find a place to sit down. From the shore, the boat brings you to a pontoon boat, which is where the mayhem happens and they serve you food made for prisoners. Divemaster kept swimming much faster than the drivers he was leading. Really disappointed. – via

Our tour to the reef was fantastic right from our first phone enquire to checking in to the actual tour.
All staff were great. Phil took us snorkeling which was amazing he is so knowledgeable friendly and took his time with us as we were first time snorkeling.

The food was great, platform was large.
Definitely recommend this company. – via

Anybody visiting cairns, book their snorkeling & green island tour without blinking for a moment. Green Island stopover gets you accustomed to the lucrative gear & equipment. Didn’t feel need to book scuba diving. Look out for sunny day, we had rays generating to bottom bringing out vivid & vibrant coral colours. Plenty of fish, small & big in bountiful colours. Didn’t feel like coming out of water. Food & hospitality was amazing. All the staff were courteous & helpful, made us feel king for a day. Shout out to hebook & Anna. One downside- photos were pricey but can be avoided as you can’t recognize yourself in the lucrative gear & snorkeling ??They made my day?? – via
