The sales person Daniel, conviced me to buy 2 tours the Cozumel and Mayan tour detailing that those were exclusive tlin small number and they were working in partnership with our hotel I was promised 2 wonderful family days out. What a dispointement. It was overpriced and not good value at all.. food was cheap and drinks limited. Attractions lacked the waw factor and a lot of time is spent waiting for something to happen. The jungle was pitiful. Stay away from them, they are a tourist trap rip off artist. My recommendation is stick with your hotel for your excursions. – via google

Krimineller Mitarbeiter!! Noch nie solch schlechte Erfahrung in einer PADI tauchschule gemacht! Wurde um viel Geld betrogen! Wurde krank und musste das tauchen abbrechen und habe nicht das vorausbezahlte Geld (war ein tauchpaket) zurückbekommen!

We booked a total of six dives with Aqua Excursions in October 2022.
– The first four made up the necessary dives to complete our open water certification. Our instructor was Joel, and he was awesome. Basically, we just did fantastic dives around 4 different reefs and demonstrated the required skills for the course either at the beginning or end. There was a tonne of marine life to see just a short boat ride out from our resort beach at the Grand Palladium Colonial. Joel even let me spear a lion fish. The best part is that we could do our surface intervals in the resort, and the pool and Las Olas restaurant are right next to the dive shop. The downside was that you have to walk over a bunch of sharp rocks and coral to get to the boat, and we were barefoot. I highly recommend watershoes. Also, be sure to check with the dive shop before ordering a video. We did, but there was no photographer, so we didn’t get any video, just a refund. – via google

we booked a full day snorkeling trip to Cozomel. Conclusion: not recommended at all.
the staff at the hotel was totally unmotivated (I talked to two guys), the boat was a disaster, the food was bad. Finally, guided snorkeling with a life jacket was the low point. Unfortunately we didn’t see much either. It was time and money wasting – via google

Everyone with Aquaexcursions is wonderful! They are helpful, professional and friendly. We’ve been diving with them for several years now and will continue to dive with them for years to come. They’ve become extended members of our family. The snacks they provide have always been so delicious! From fresh fruit to the most scrumptious sandwiches that hit the spot cruising back after a long day diving or snorkeling. Never thought to hate on them for it not being in porcelain containers on a boat splashing in the waves..
They always makes sure you arrive there and back to your resort. Safety is their number one priority. Second, is making sure you have a good time. I love theses guys and can’t wait to see you all again!

Everyone with Aquaexcursions is wonderful! They are helpful, professional and friendly. We’ve been diving with them for several years now and will continue to dive with them for years to come. They’ve become extended members of our family. The snacks they provide have always been so delicious! From fresh fruit to the most scrumptious sandwiches that hit the spot cruising back after a long day diving or snorkeling. My wife and I were certified through aqua excursion in March 2019. We did our academics at home and the remaining open water at Grand Palladium in Riviera Maya, Mexico. We then continued our certification and received our advanced open water with the same Master Divers. We have been trained by the best in the world. The patience and professionalism is incredible. We consider them our family now and try and go back few times a year to dive. If you are a beginner or advanced; Aqua Excursion is the place to go. Dive Cozumel; 2nd largest barrier reef in the world, beautiful cenotes, and many other great excursions!! Master Divers Joel, Chris, and Mayra are the best!!! – via google
