Went on a trip last week with James, Sophia, and Tommy. The dive trip was perfect. The gear was in great shape and they have it ready before you arrive. They staff are very knowledgeable of the area and make the excursion fun and relaxing. They made an effort to make sure everyone on the boat had a great experience based on weather, visibility, and skill levels. I will make sure to go diving with them the next time I am in the BVI. – via

We rented equipment (tanks, weights, BCDs, regulators) at this companies base in Hodges Creek marina last month on our sailing trip in the BVIs. Everything worked like a charm. New filled tanks will be delivered to their base at Peter Island if you order them the day before and you can replace those with your empty tanks.
They offer DIN tanks, too, so good news for people from Europe, you can use your DIN regulators without adaptors.
The prices for rentals are fair and they decrease per day when you rent equipment for a longer period of time. You can refill/exchange your tanks for 4$ per tank in Hodges Creek, at Peter Island and in Road Town.
Even if you don’t buy guided dive tours you will always get helpful tips at their bases about the dive spots nearby. If you want to go diving on your own, you can buy a very useful book which explains all the details of the different dive spots.
In addition, they make very beautiful t-shirt designs, too. The motives are awesome. – via

I dove twice with Sale Caribbean Divers, they were excellent, especially my first dive.
It had been over a year since I had done any diving, so I was feeling a little nervous.
In the office Nadia Marry was very friendly and helped me get all the paperwork sorted.
The crew were very welcoming and knew who I was straightaway. Dale from Canada, was lovely and took me in hand and make me feel comfortable and put any concerns I had at ease. Brian from USA and the intern at the time Yoni from Finland were most attentive, friendly and calm.
The knowledgeable Dale led an excellent dive to Wreck Alley, with his clear instructions and calm nature he made my first dive in over a year a memorable experience.
Yoni talked me through everything while we were waiting for the other divers and he’s calm nature and attention made me feel calm and ready to dive.
On my second day diving I had a new crew. Adam led a dive and explained things very clearly and we saw some excellent plant life and many pretty fish, we even saw an Eagle Ray!
Yoni joined us for the 2nd dive on my 2nd day diving, he was still helpful and attentive even though we was with another team (thanks for patching up my leg Yoni). – via

Our 16 year old daughter attended Sail Caribbean the summer of 2015 and although she is unable to attend this year we hope she will attend again in 2017. She thoroughly loved Sail Caribbean – she made friends, had a huge amount of fun, and gained knowledge and skills. She was already fairly independent but became even more so. Overall, the program helped her mature and she was enriched by the sailing and diving aspects of the program, accomplishing much more than we would had hoped. While she was there we received daily photos and reports from the team at Sail Caribbean so we could follow where they were and what they were up to. The camp is very professionally run, yet friendly, we were very impressed with every aspect of the program, from organization to execution to customer service, all was done with professionalism and heart…the result was as promised. – via

I’ve gone on SC for the past two summers and loved it. All the staff were super welcoming and patient. From the dive instructors to the day to day counselors you live with on board, there is a deep and mutual amount of respect that develops over just 3 weeks. There is enough room on all the boats for campers to find places to sleep, but I found myself in a hammock almost every night looking at the stars in the warm Caribbean air. Learning sailing and diving is all hands on. The instructors explain everything clearly so that every camper understands the concepts. I had never sailed before my first time at SC, and I feel very confident on a sailboat after SC. The balance between activities, down time and sailing is very well done. Our whole boat was exhausted by the end of the sail so downtime was highly needed. You really get to know everyone is your fleet over the course as you interact with them all the time. Both years I found myself enjoying the company of all my campers and counselors. There is an expectation to do chores and take turns cooking on the boat. This is, after all, a camp and not a luxury cruise. All my fellow campers were willing to do their part in helping on the boat. We all did was needed to be done on the boat. If you or your child is outgoing and looking for an adventure and to meet new friends I would highly recommend this program. If you want to do anything you want for 3 weeks in the Virgin islands, then you are probably better off staying at a luxury resort. – via

Sail Caribbean has been a gift to my boys. They are 13 and 15. Both had the time of their lives there. Besides being a dream for anyone (being in the BVI on a sailboat), as young boys, they gained confidence by participating in the sailing and diving programs. The program teaches them respect for their surroundings. They are given responsibilities and goals in a fun environment with very capable and fun counselors. They will have these fond memories for the rest of their lives. Sail Caribbean does such a good job at organizing the kids – from their lists of shipmates before the trip so they can FB each other, to daily communication with the parents and photos of our kids. Thank you for all you do Sail Caribbean! – via
