Longer story: I started doing business with Aquatic Dreams many years ago. Have never ever had a bad experience. I live in The Woodlands, Texas now. My old beloved Oceanic Omega 2 second stage needed service after a freeflow. I took it it a “very reputable” shop that’s well known in Houston and recommended by a local instructor friend. Got it back, took it to the Philippines and it freeflowed again after a few dives. Then I took it to another shop in The Woodlands, they could not get parts. Sent it to Scuba Steve at Aquatic Dreams, and it’s fixed. And he got another old regulator rebuilt too. This is the only guy who will ever work on my gear again. – via google

Horrible place for swimming lessons for small children. My grandson (3 years old) almost drowned. Class of 5 little kids and 2 female (young) instructors. During the free time, my grandson walked off the steps into a depth over his head. The instructors were not paying attention to any of the children. He was under water for more than 15 seconds. Their doors were LOCKED so we could not get in. We pounded on the glass and the women just looked at us. Then they noticed my grandson under water. No apologies or excuses were given. Only my money returned. WHY WOULD THEY LOCK THE DOORS FROM THE PARENTS/FAMILY AND THEN NOT PAY ATTENTION TO THE LITTLE KIDS? Horrible Place. – via google

I didn’t like my experience here. I signed up for the mommy and baby classes which are only 30 minutes and when I walked into the pool area I wasn’t even greeted. They didn’t acknowledge me whatsoever and when I called to sign up I was told that they would teach my son how to float on his back. Yea well that was a lie! They didn’t do any training. I could’ve used the gyms pool and save me $95. This was a total ripoff. – via google
