I have to divide my review.

1. The first room I got (200USD) was very old and really creepy. I will add some pictures. In Germany you even cannot offer a room like this for 40euros!

2. The second room (around 300 USD!) was more an apartment, everything new with big kitchen.
But: In the night two big cocroaches came out. They could hardly move, were probably already poisoned.

It was all ok, but not for that price.
The stuff is friendly and can manage the arrival in the night too. – via google

Best ever! Their service is babysitting-class! They take care of every detail of your diving experience! Our guide, Megan, who’s an animate and caring girl. She wants everybody to enjoy the trip as much as possible! Her photography is fantastic as well! We harvested tons of amazing photos!!! Also, their staff are all kind and friendly, from the captain to DM! I’ll definitely be back! – via google

I have been going to the Keys for dive trips for over 20 years. I’ve gone to a lot of dive shops, but Sail Fish stands out above the rest. Everyone is extremely nice, informative, helpful, and very accommodating. All their dives are guided by a dive master and the best part is that they take care of everything! They set up your gear, they switch it over between dives, and break it all down so that you can enjoy the view and relax. It’s also really nice that all their photos and videos are FREE and you don’t have to worry about an upsell at the end of your trip. They actually give you a discount in the shop instead! The owners, Chris and Jen are one of a kind. They really do put their customers first. I overheard Jen one day explain to someone that it just wasn’t safe to go out on the water due to weather AND THEN continued to give them all sorts of places and information of how they can spend their day during the bad weather. You don’t see many places putting the customer before themselves often. Go here. Continue going there. You won’t regret it.

And ask for Tom as your guide and/or instructor! Great stories, lots of knowledge, and patience with newbies. – via google

Tremendous scuba certification experience for our family! Mike and Chris were patient teachers who helped our four kids (10, 13, 15, and 17) achieve their OW certification and my wife and I our Advanced OW. Mike was direct, clear, firm, but patient and understanding with our teens and our youngest. Chris was especially good with our 13-year-old who struggled with some nerves and anxiety. Over the course of three days, all of our kids’ grew more confident and were totally different divers by the end. Chris and Jen run a GREAT dive shop. Don’t even think about another spot in Key Largo. You found it. THIS is the best shop! – via google
